You are supporting a brutally totalitarian and aggressive government which hold that crazy Euroasian imperialist concepts. есть "ориентация на клиента" - клиентоориентированность и есть противоположная штука - неклиентоориентированность :) отсюда можно вывести прилагательное - неклиентоориентированн-ый/-ая/-ое/-ые

тут как в немецком языке - русские тоже часто берут 2-3 слова и "просто" соединяют их в одно новое слово.
