In this video we tour our elegant French style kitchen decorated for Christmas 2023. Our kitchen is the busiest and most used part of our home. As you know if you have been following us this season, we are decorating different trees and areas of our home with our Christmas Through Europe theme. In the kitchen the main color is our french blue. Angela decorated the tree and this space using whites, creams, golds, silver, blues and crystal. We used our vintage pieces all throughout the kitchen this year. I set an elegant table with our vintage Johnson Brothers china and used our crystal glasses and accessories for that classy Christmas dinner party. We decided to use some chinoiserie in this space in a muted tone to keep it French and elegant here. We love the vintage candleabra and hollywood regency pieces, cut glass pieces and milk glass all together for our display. The garland above the island was decorated with the room in mind and the coffee station is set up for our entire Christmas season into the new year. When there is not a buffet happening in here our counterspace is mostly open and available for holiday baking and cooking. We both love how this turned out, very different from any other area in our home this year and we hope to represent the country of France in an elegant vintage feel.
