It's a great way to start the day - warming up the body and exploring strength training with the resistance band.
The Resistance Band is the most versatile piece of equipment that you could wish for; lightweight and compact. Perfect for trips away from home and to keep handy in the kitchen for a sneaky morning workout before the day gets going.
