Yes! I'll go through this in depth in my 1 year video, but, generally speaking, I started on 20.25 mg of testosterone gel (1.62%) daily and now I'm on 0.3 mL of testosterone cypionate (200 mg/mL) weekly.

So glad they help! I'll go through all of the dosages I've had in my one year video, but right now I'm on 0.3 mL of testosterone cypionate (200 mg/mL) weekly. I originally started on a super low dose of 20.25 mg of gel daily.

If you don’t mind me asking, what is your dosage and the frequency? I’m currently on 250mg every 3 weeks and my T levels are still really low.

I don't mind at all. Right now, I'm on 0.3 mL of testosterone cypionate (200 mg/mL) weekly, so a little bit lower than yours. I had to up my dose a few times, and only now are my levels looking good.
