DOJ = WITCH HUNT Georgia = WITCH HUNT NYS = WITCH HUNT NYC = WITCH HUNT. All this really is. Is Biden and the democrats playing the most dirty filthy corrupt politics. Trying to eliminate their opponent. That my friends is the practice of communist countries. Wake up folks. If they will do this to President Trump. They will do it to anyone they perceive as a threat to the thirst for power and money.
Recuse himself over a $35-00 donation years ago? If that was the case then you could probably find a reason to recuse just about every judge in the count
For a $35 contribution Judge Mershan should recuse? Despite what Trmp has told you, there are people in this country with integrity, who, when necessary, can put their personal feelings aside and do their jobs properly. Unless there is evidence that Mershan is not running his courtroom fairly and impartially, it's all nonsense.
The fact you only decided to mention the donation the judge made to biden that was used to beat his political rival now the defendant in this judges court room and left out that the judges daughter is a paid fund raiser for biden and is talking about this case to raise funds and aids her career path and the money is used against the the man who the judge also donated against. The judges wife also posted to jail trump too. like it or not his daughter career is aided by fund raising on her dads case. and even if you think thats still not enough to step aside in ur opinin LEAST Be honest and mention its simply on a donation only!!!! otherwise you come across either as low info person, or a person who knows the other reasons but wants to not mention them as once you do it is at least a reasonable as a defendant to want a judge that didnt political help his rival and who's daughter has a gain from the case and works politically against him, and whos wife wants him jailed. any independent person would feel the judge has direct family and personal reasons tied to his demise
Four years ago, when Joe “won” the shadiest election in modern history, I expected four or eight years of nonsense and a lot of bad laws that would have to be repealed. Sort of a repeat of the Carter years. Boy howdy, was that ever an overoptimistic assessment. Carter should be thanking his lucky stars that Joe has handily bumped him out of the unenviable spot of “worst president ever.” Which is actually a difficult accomplishment, when you think about it. I won’t bother to list all of the aspects of his job which Joe has managed to bumble. Once you get past abandoning Americans and equipment in Afghanistan, allowing two wars to start, tanking the economy, ignoring the border laws, and using the Justice Department as his personal pack of thugs, it starts to get depressing. And we’re not even halfway down the rap sheet. Suffice to say that Uncle Joe has fucked things up, just like Barry fretted he would. Now, Brandon actually might not be in charge, as evidenced by his constant battles with the teleprompter and inability to climb stairs and eat a salad. If that’s the case, the country has actually been run lately by vindictive, squabbing members of the central committee of the politburo. They must be frustrated by their cranky, creaky puppet with the elastic strings, who regularly wanders off script to spew obvious lies as if they are folksy wisdom. What’s puzzling is that there is an election thundering down upon us, and the democrats don’t seem to notice. Joe’s not hitting the campaign trail in anything but a half-hearted, phone-it-in way. But that’s because he can’t physically get through a speech in front of a scantily-attended, picked audience of government employyees. You would expect the democrats to try to look like they are listening to the majority of voters who are deafening pollsters with negative feedback about how bad things are in flyover country. A conspiracy theorist might conclude that the democrats are counting on cheat-by-mail and the millions of welfare migrants to save them in November. And maybe they are. Maybe those scams will “win” them another shady election. But I am starting to get the distinct feeling that America has simply had enough of old Joe and his pack of grifters. Winston Churchill once observed that Americans will always do the right thing, once all other possibilities have been exhausted. We might be at that point, where the chickens of leftist utopian meddling and schemes are coming home to roost. If that is the case, no amount of late-night fraudulent ballots fresh off the printer and illegal aliens voting themselves bread and circuses will overcome the approaching red tsunami. Oh Lord, let it be so. Maybe the democrats have come to that conclusion as well. Minority populations and soccer moms are leaking out of the blue like the smelly stuff staining Joe’s adult diapers. Even Jewish voters, a normally staunch democrat bloc, are waking up to the Islamists pulling the levers of power at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue and up on capitol hill. Perhaps the socialists and the scammers in charge of the DNC have read the tea leaves, and the polls, and have forecast a red wave. A sane person, a normal person, would alter course, in hopes of fooling enough of the public to retain control come November. But that’s not how leftists think. Hanging onto power with grim determination is a founding principle. If this is correct, they have decided that clinging to some power is preferable to any amount of compromise, however insincere and short-lived that compromise might be. The Democrats know they’re going to lose big this election. They need to clutch what voters they can by behaving in a way the faithful will reward. It’s a form of political triage.
yeah, given the way you all blow up every time Cannon does something completely normal in a court of law that somehow helps Trump the smallest bit, I'm sure you'd be totally fine if it were a judge that donated to Trump instead, right.... ? nah, you would be screaming just how disgusting and wrong it is. these things seem to only be okay when it benefits Dems. it's why ppl find it hard to take you creatures serious...

No kidding. Meanwhile, Trump runs to the Extreme Court quite often, where he appointed three judges. One of his trials is being overseen by a judge he appointed. But yeah: 35 bucks. LOL

She may not like Trump but it doesn't mean she isn't being truthful about what took place. Everyone is biased to a certain degree. You can't use that as a reason to be dismissive of a witness.
Reading 1 Acts 18:23-28 After staying in Antioch some time, Paul left and traveled in orderly sequence through the Galatian country and Phrygia, bringing strength to all the disciples. A Jew named Apollos, a native of Alexandria, an eloquent speaker, arrived in Ephesus. He was an authority on the Scriptures. He had been instructed in the Way of the Lord and, with ardent spirit, spoke and taught accurately about Jesus, although he knew only the baptism of John. He began to speak boldly in the synagogue; but when Priscilla and Aquila heard him, they took him aside and explained to him the Way of God more accurately. And when he wanted to cross to Achaia, the brothers encouraged him and wrote to the disciples there to welcome him. After his arrival he gave great assistance to those who had come to believe through grace. He vigorously refuted the Jews in public, establishing from the Scriptures that the Christ is Jesus. Responsorial Psalm 47:2-3, 8-9, 10 R. (8a) God is king of all the earth. or: R. Alleluia. All you peoples, clap your hands; shout to God with cries of gladness. God reigns over the nations, God sits upon his holy throne. R. God is king of all the earth. or: R. Alleluia. The princes of the peoples are gathered together with the people of the God of Abraham. Gospel Jn 16:23b-28 Jesus said to his disciples: “Amen, amen, I say to you, whatever you ask the Father in my name he will give you. Until now you have not asked anything in my name; ask and you will receive, so that your joy may be complete. “I have told you this in figures of speech. The hour is coming when I will no longer speak to you in figures but I will tell you clearly about the Father. On that day you will ask in my name, and I do not tell you that I will ask the Father for you. For the Father himself loves you, because you have loved me and have come to believe that I came from God. I came from the Father and have come into the world. Now I am leaving the world and going back to the Father.” please support Dawid PL 08 2490 0005 0000 4000 0628 8116
@relaxgood5214 Only "evidence" is hearsay by people who openly hate Trump and want his downfall , there is no credible evidence of any legal wrongdoing....
It is absolutely alleged. Orange man has not admitted it. It's he said /she said. Only 2 people know what happened. We'll never know. The NDA is not an admission or proof of the alleged encounter. I don't believe Trump, Daniels, or Cohen. Not sure how that works.
Stormy has flip Flopped more than a bass out of water. This trial is a joke. The judge is a joke and the ex con “star witness “ Cohen is the biggest joke.
The GOP has dug itself into such a deep hole over the last 7-8 years and they just keep digging. My former party is unsavable at this point, and it will take at least a generation to overcome. Quite possibly two generations.
The challenges our country is currently facing show us how delicate our democracy is, which took us more than 250 years to build. It is alarming to witness how just one person not following the rules can potentially turn the country upside down.
The ruling limits the former president from making statements about potential witnesses in his hush money criminal trial. It prevents Trump from criticizing his former attorney, Michael Cohen, who has yet to testify, or adult film star Stormy Daniels, who was a witness this week. But it does not prevent Trump from talking about New York District Attorney Alvin Bragg, who is a public figure, or Merchan himself. Merchan also ruled that Trump can’t make statements about attorneys, court staff or the family members of prosecutors, lawyers, family members of the court and family members of the Manhattan district attorney. Trump is also barred from making statements about any potential or actual juror.
The most surprising part of this case for me was how people who have millions of dollars have handwriting that looks like something I had written when I was in grade three.
Eli Honig, do you know any sane judge in New York, or anywhere for that matter, that wouldn't have donated any amount to defeat Donald Trump? - Trump is a disaster and a shame to humanity. - judges are human beings and citizens of their communities. - they also participate in the political process by voting and donating funds to their preferred candidates. - so, Eli, you are a smart lawyer, what are you talking about?
;.....Stormy Daniels on a 2018 interview with Bill Maher when Bill flat out asked her why she F$$k Trump: “I don’t know. I wasn’t assaulted. I wasn’t attacked or raped or coerced or blackmailed. Several years ago - I think it was in the late 90s - I had my only experience as a juror. It was a case in Long Beach, California involving a young man who had attempted to rob a liquor store. The evidence that he did so was overwhelming, and his lawyer's only tactic was to lamely argue, without offering any proof whatsoever, that his client had been so intoxicated on an unspecified something that he wasn't aware at the time that what he had done was a crime. He had the arresting officer, whose last name was Peacock, testify. Mr. Peacock claimed that he never observed that the defendant had been intoxicated. The defense attorney had his one shining moment when he produced the arrest report that showed that Peacock had in fact stated that the would-be robber was very high on something. Given that, I simply deleted 100% of Peacock's testimony. I deleted him from what I would consider in deliberations. He lied to the jury's faces. I was able to vote for a conviction in spite of that because the case was so strong against the accused. In this case, I have no doubt at all that the psychopathic shyster from Queens, Dunghole Rump, broke the law by falsifying his business records in order to save his 2016 campaign against Hillary Clinton, who received almost three million more votes than the shyster, but still "lost," given the Electoral College ridiculousness. But of course, the ultimate issue is whether or not the prosecution can convince all 12 jurors beyond a reasonable doubt that Trump committed that crime. Given Michael Cohen's habit of lying so much, including under oath, it now looks likely that Dump will once again escape justice. So it goes. So it went in the double-murder trial of Juice the Ripper. He was guilty as hell, but the prosecution, the police, and the criminalists screwed up monumentally, raising plenty of reasonable doubt. Thus, his acquittal was proper, though he obviously butchered and murdered his ex-wife and her friend.
I know what Eli means ... its the balancing act for anyone who has a spirit crafted by the Almighty. You demand justice for the innocent which means a stern rebuttal of any villains humanity but at the same time mercy is your gift and you are pleased to give it.
*Just imagine if someone hated Elie Honig ( **_as I do_** ) and they were seated as a juror ( **_on a case where he was being tried just for being Elie Honig_** ). What would their verdict be? Only one possible decision -- GUILTY! -- Ten years hard labour minimum on a chain-gang, with zero chance of parole!*
Your choice of words is astonishing. You "hate Elie Honig". What has he done to you personally? You have probably never spoken to him or been in the same room with him. Why can't you write "I disagree with Elie Honig"? "I hate Elie Honig"! That says a lot about you and the kind of person you are.
@@Paul-fg6mk Elie Honig always says the wrong thing and ticks me off when he gets on a news show. Trump and his attorneys have argued that as the leading Republican candidate for president, Trump’s speech should not be restricted as he appeals to voters in the 2024 election. Merchan has already fined Trump and held him in contempt of court for violating the order. Donald Trump's legal team is led by Todd Blanche and Emil Bove, two former federal prosecutors from New York, and Susan Necheles, a veteran criminal defense lawyer with deep experience in New York and with appearing before Judge Juan Merchan.

There is no relevance in even bringing Stormy Daniels into this case period. Elie Honig sounds like a good lawyer. But his bias against Trump makes him sound really stupid when you put him side by side with Alan Dershowitz and Jonathan Turley. These are brilliant Democrat lawyers. But they don't have TDS so their excellent legal opinions just make Honig sound like a failing law student from a third class university.
Johnathan Turley is a die hard Republican. The relevance of bringing stormy Daniels into the case is that Trumps lawyers said in their opening statement that Trump never slept with her. They brought her in to provide evidence that he did.
Recuse himself for a $35. donation? What about Mercedes Cannon and the corrupt scotus? That's what we should be keeping in the forefront talking about it everyday until someone does something!
Its funny that that $35 comes up again and again. In 2015, I made a rule to always give to both sides if I ever give to either side for this exact reason. When you see the NAZIs marching to washington you can guess they'll use the NAZI playbook, and teh NAZI playbook is to use the human psychology for how differences are used for survival against people. For example in this situation where having once made a $35 donation to anything for any reason should ever mean you are recused. Should any judge who ever opened the Koran recuse themselves form every hate crime they adjudicate over?
Guliani had text messages- evidence of the pay-off he said was his "insurance policy" when asked if he was concerned Trump would throw him under the proverbial bus too

I remember seeing BIG political rallies on history documentaries. Hard to tell what was going on because they were in black and white, and all of the speakers were German.
My breakdown of the trial which is more important. The prosecution was cussing out the storm because Michael Cohen's testimony was destroying his case.
Nothing but a Clown Show of a trial. Where is any evidence or even the crime? Nothing but talk about sex of which is not a charge. This case is over ...
And after all of that, he's allowed $43,000 per MONTH as an allowance from the bankruptcy court??? That's more than my disposable income for an entire year!
Cohen lied on the behalf of his former boss Trump. And he served his time in prison. He has flipped on Trump, like many others who were part of one of his many criminal schemes. As a reminder all high ranking members of the Trump administration do not endorse Trump fot 2024.
Elie Honig & Ari Melber (MSNBC) are tied, imho, for 1st place on the list of Best Legal Analysts in public media. Both give clear, lucid & concise updates of current legal issues, & both are truly in their element covering the Trump Trials. Kudos to both!
Get real. Donnie is loosing 1 out of 5 republicans to Niki still! He's not "president" anymore. Remember when you said "Don't worry, when he becomes President he'll act like it!" That never happened, because he's a moron.
The important thing here is not simply whether she hates him or not, but why she came to hate him so much (I mean, I don't think the parties in a battle are supposed to love each other, right?) So asking this is emotionally charged but essentially a dumb question. Even if Ms. Gregory Clifford is a little biased (like any human being in her position), one can infer from her testimony, record and attitude in court how hard she tried to do the right thing even from a difficult position (due to to social prejudices) and how consistently sleazy chump was the entire time.
Cant wait for the response of legacy media watchers when they realize theres nothing to charge Trump with and the case falls flat on its face and everyone screams reeeee, theres no justice! Russsia, Russsia , Russia... lmao😂😅
