So true. their relationship/bond is criminally underrated. It’s such an interesting dynamic to see a character like Elijah who was basically the dad figure/older brother for 1,000 plus years and then give him an older sibling that’s arguably even more protective than he is lol. I love how he trusted her before anyone else in the beginning, and then as they grew closer you see how alike they are.
Frankly tho, that bar is actually just on the ground, a damn potato could possibly be a better a better parent than Esther and Mikael lmao. But I agree, Elijah is fucking fantastic.
