I haven't seen the ECB524 in my mass liquor store. It may be an allocated offering soon. They get the single private barrels pretty regularly. They're a good bargain too. 70'sh bucks, around 130 proof, usually 7-9 years old. A distillery with lots of expresssions at reasonable prices...bottom to top shelf.

@@greggom656 we actually have one in the sack that I have to get too… other than Steve’s one magical store… Mike and I haven’t seen them in mass yet either… or the larceny…. In fact not in the stores in Connecticut or Rhode Island that we his… not sure why it isn’t coming up this way…

My area never seen the barrel proof so I go with Larceny instead and I'm okay with that Larceny seems a bit more consistent on proof just saying. Enjoy!!

@@umami0247 I think they have been steadily getting better also… more consistent on the taste… can’t get the Larceny B524 yet… seems to be MIA this year

@@paulgrace1279 that is why it is a fresh crack… but we always go back to it after it has a chance to open… usually in a blind to we get a real test of what it is… sometimes I think we should crack it in advance…. But then again… I like to see how much some really change once the are opened a bit…

C923>B524 however both have similarities and differences. Both are very good though.

@@serapheum interesting…. You think B524 is that good??? C923 was a beast… I may have to put this in the samples as a future blind fight Friday…. So we won’t even know what we are drinking… and see who comes out on top…

@@thomasanderson2870 honestly… they usually are… even if they aren’t the best ones lately…. With the way pricing has been steadily going up…. Still a great value for what you are getting..
