If you used tungsten, you could get it up to about 15kg/33lbs for something roughly the size of a mop handle. Not objectively heavy, but certainly a lot more than someone would expect a mop to weigh! I think that would be hilarious. Even a steel pipe filled with lead would be pretty heavy (and a fraction of the cost of tungsten).

I dont understand most of the comments. I see nice gym interactions in his videos. Every guy tells him "be careful". And he is not ego cleaner or destroyer. He is the respect gainer. There is no single guy in those videos that did not tell him "amazing, good job, etc" Instant respect.

Well, they have been working out before got to them so we only saw one but doesn't mean they only did one however yes Anatoly is a different breed, they didn't expect him to lift at all but he lifted more than once
I love watching the reactions when Anatoli lifts the weights! He blows minds and destroys egos! The guys are always really good sports and give him a fist bump or pat on the back! They're truely amazed!
