Love these vids. There also child weightlifters, would be excellent to T up with a young girl and you, walking into a local gym, and 1st showing the girl can lift bigger weights, then YOU show them how you do more. Then saying: In our village we must pick up big coconuts since birth :D
"It's not safe for your back." That's a nice guy. Edit: Very few negative comments and very many likes. It truly gives me faith in humanity. Stay blessed. Can we get to 150k? Current (149k)
@@Anthony-bt6oplol that’s kinda the world we live in now so yea it takes a considerable amount of kindness to not go with the current agenda of record this guy while he does something stupid instead of warning him against it.
And I’m sure you’d be silent. You’re the type that looks to prove people wrong. So I’d bet you’d wait til he’s hurt to say something like “told you so” when in fact you didn’t say shit.
The man is shredded as fuck he is just wearing baggy clothes. However, yes, he is smaller looking than what you would figure for someone who is that strong.
@@DoctorRickSanchezhow do you know for sure that this wasn't the original comment. Including this one, most of them are from Evans 1 month ago. You can't tell, and RU-vid algorithm could push a comment instead of another
I heard someone say today that they recover loudly so others don’t die quietly. Thank you for sharing your experience LOUDLY. I hope you reach as many lives as possible!!
@@racoonwu yes the size of your muscles correlates with your strength. People think that because it’s true. This guy isn’t HUGE but he is pretty big just good at hiding it
@@averageoverthinker People differ though - I watched a naturally thin guy (with muscles like rope though), with thin arms, benching 300 lbs, and me with big arms could do 285 for 5 but not 300. I'm old now and probably would have a hard time with 185. Sometimes I wonder if it was the psychology of 300 that stopped me, I'll never know. When I was very young I had the same block at 200, when I finally broke 200 I surged past it easily.
Trainer... which means he know whats going to happen, but he did an awesome surprised acting... think about it, NO one could do these funny things (like how he gym creeps everybody especially women) without the full knowledge of the staff. This guy is still awesome.
@@TurdFerguson-123 I agree that some videos are definitely staged but in my view this was not at the end the guy really looked scared. That being said I saw a video of Anatoly with a other body builder Larry Wheels that knew he was a power lifter and even though he knew the guy was genuinely surprised and impressed about his strength just going from his size. So I think that part of being in awe and surprise about his strength that is always is genuine staged or not. Even I m still very impressed and surprised by him like when he made a phone call during squads my reaction was as surprised as those guys even though I know. I agree he is awesome and I love his work and the entertainment and joy he brings.❤️ I support him 💯
like how people just use brazilian songs out of contex bc is really funny to listen to "between for walls i will do you good[...] suck it suck it" while watching power lifters
Honestly, I prefer Anatoly's phisique. He's not as big which means he's more comfortable with his own body. Yet, he's strong as if not MORE those massive dudes.
@@fatalexception3845 Your choice. You can't assume the other guys are not happy about their physiques no more than you can assume Anatoly is happy with his. Some guys just can't put on muscle no matter how much they lift - even though they'd like to.
@@ayazafsar12I would rather be strong than bloated with no range of motion. Besides you save on calories. It's cheaper, healthier and looks better imo.
@illuno--bf8dx1bw5j copy and pasting comments of what exactly I just said. Edit: Don't you have anything else to say rather than just repeating what I literally just said
Yep, it's the slight build in comparison that gets em every time 😂 but the overalls certainly help, if they saw him shirtless they'd doubt him a lot less 😊
I love the genuine concern from the guys, and the honest question to how he did that. Like they really want to learn. Seem like honest friends, hitting the gym.
I disagree. He’s just a great example of lifting for power and strength instead of artificial bulk. Have no doubt Anton could look as “jacked” as those he pranks. But not good for the body, it destroys flexibility and range of motion, it often creates weak points in the body’s chain of motion and movement. NOTE: -I’m not denying bulking can be very beneficial in sports specific applications. But only until it sacrifices other physical assets. -Common sense informs us that the best musculature is always that which provides the most efficient and effective power for the required movement-almost always dynamic movement, best power to weight ratio is why the industry is so focused on lean muscle for both type 1 & type 2, aerobic & anaerobic, explosive & endurance etc. -“Solid” is always a complement, “inflated” is never a complement, whether you’re talking about one’s physicality, psychological health, business/intimate/platonic/family relationships, morality/virtue, dependability/reliability, judgement & reasoning etc. -the term “big for nothing” grows more apt every day. Let’s see how these over inflated male upper bodies and female butts look in 25 - 30 years. It’s no longer self-improvement, instead it’s erase your body and craft a new one based on pathology, insecurity, fetish, and fantasy. Already women are panicked because smaller butts are becoming in vogue in many influential places.
The best part about all of these videos.... it's that the guys are always cool about it. No one is a jerk and half of them are more concerned about his safety than anything
@@ClarkPottercorrection you have more dense muscle fibers meaning you dont lose flexibility or speed due to a huge amount of muscle, density over size is always better lmao
Yes. Keep your body strong and muscles dense with proper training technique. Bodybuilding could be that if the people did things correctly. 95 percent don't.
No most of the time it shows how closed minded the most of gym people are because they do the same mistake over and over again... Judging strength by looks ... or the book by the cover.... They Always think like "my biceps is loaded with more creatin and usless water i must be stronger ... " And thats what you can see in the eyes of most of them xD
@@xXStEVeINXx stfu, the whole premise of the video is to appear weak to illicit such responses… they didn’t tell him to walk away or anything which they have the right too since they’re in the middle of a set, but let him do his thing and we’re impressed by it, only stoping him beforehand to warn him it can be bad for your back You seem like the type that looks for the bad in everything so I went ahead and found the bad in you, stop talking out your neck and being such a sad person, if you think the world sucks so much then cry about it at home we don’t care
@@xXStEVeINXxJudging strength by looks is a shit argument. Of course they would, bigger muscles typically DOES mean more strength. Of course I ain't saying "bigger muscles=more strength," that is not necessarily true, but it is a rather obvious indicator.
What ego? Stop repeating this nonsense sentence that everyone is using. Non of those guys was arrogant with him, they were just concerned for his safety.
@@masonmccalister8535 I never said they have a good core or don't focus on glamour. However I was talking about the original commentor's bias that somehow these guys are being "shown up" and "It's not about bulking, it's about how you build." You can lift for looks, that's perfectly fine. To publicly put your own judgement onto somebody else because of your bias against the size of their muscles, shows that you either don't workout or have no respect for your fellow gym-goer.
Just to confirm that you have the right term, as “Gym-Bros” are the most supportive and helpful people I’ve met who always encourage you to give it your all. I believe the term you are desiring to use may be “Sigma-male” or possibly those defining themselves as “woke”. Lets start at the worst and work our way back.
