Ehhh being in the top 1.2 percent isn’t anything to sneeze at. For an average man who is strong, athletic 3/400 pounds is usually where they plateau at. To get that extra 50/75 pounds after that is a real achievement

@@rachellafotanoa2783 i got out hs at 105lbs... skinny af... biggest i was mid 20s 195lbs... now in my 30s cut down to 175lbs... to gain mass you really have to eat like its a freaking job... count calories is so important to be consistent... alot ppl think there eating alot but there simply not... plus its quite expensive to get bigger... but alot ppl mess up especially on the last 1 to 2 meals that day its so easy to skip... but hes going to be eating alot even when not hungry... but probably 3 to 4000 calories a day its literally almost impossible not to gain weight and just keep upping it at platueas

I did Mark Rippetoe Starting Strength, ask Bing what is that, and ate 3 meals a day + 2 snacks every day for a year and a half! It was not fast! In fact, that's in check with what is said to be a healthy rate, about 0.50 lbs per week (0.227 grams per week). My meals were big, but not enough to make me "fat". I looked good at 170lb, but prefered to cut back to 161 lbs. I mean, I have videos on my channel posing at bodybuidling competitions. You can see me at even lower levels.
