99.99999% of the people who go to the gym and take it seriously don't waste time watching RU-vid.

Lol he can travel to any English speaking country and pull off same pranks. Most people who go to gym have not heard of him (i can say more than 98% of such). Just look at his subscribers on both this channel and the Russian one.

@@DeviLz1337 this is retarded, working out only takes 1-2 hour a day if you're training optimally with heavy loads. If you can't do anything else for the rest of the day you must have no other hobbies and be a very boring shallow person. Plus his vids are obviously fake

Aren't gym trainers generally pretty affable people? To actually stick with it and be successful, you have to be really patient and friendly, I think. It's like with therapists - you're dealing directly with people on a very personal level and those clients are coming to you from a position of vulnerability (I need you to help me with my body, basically). If you're the type of trainer that deals with noobies, you won't be able to keep many clients if you come off as condescending or judgemental. I don't think I need a trainer but I've thought about buying a session at my gym just because some of the ladies doing the training are so endearing and comely haha. The types of women who coach newbies on how to train seem to be very pleasant gals. I imagine it's a different story with the more advanced trainers though. Once you know what you're doing you might prefer a hard-ass drill sergeant trainer who criticizes you ruthlessly and expects things of you. For young men that are already experienced lifters, having a tyrant asshole trainer may be more ideal than a friendly one haha

So I have absolutely no idea, I’m not particularly sporty. But let’s say that in relation to the apriori that we can have I find that this video puts the coaches and their benevolence especially in front:)

I work with a lot of Arab dudes and when they speak English they use "bro" a lot. I find it particularly endearing because a lot of them roll their Rs so it makes the "brrrro" sound that much funnier. Why does it bother you?

@@davidpowell3469 In some countries the word "brother" is used often when refering to other people, even if they are complete strangers ( in greece for example). Maybe it is the same in arab and slavic countries. Also , it either means that you cosnider the other person as part of your family, even if he isn't or in the case of strangers it is used to show that you do not have any hostile/bad intentions towards them. Maybe in America it has a different meaning , i wouldn't know
