This is what I have learned binge watching this channel. Gym bro's are usually genuine and down to help beginners. They are not worried about 'being shown up' and are generally happy to see something spectacular and surprising. Always respect Janitors. I've seen and heard a few bad eggs as I'm sure we all have, but overwhelmingly these videos mirror my own experience and I love the comradery. Glad I got the channel recommended, now excuse me I have a few more videos to watch.
