The ten minute run time. If one checks the TDS of the water and then after the RO the TDS should be less than when it started. I have found that it took 3 gallons of water before the TDS showed less which took longer than 10 minutes. Thought at first the TDS was not operating correctly so keep testing until it came out less the than the ordinal water TDS.

Wondering if you had any issues because you put the filters in but were turning them counterclockwise which is the unlock position. There are unlock and lock icons where you put the filter in and it seemed to work fine without them being locked in although it did sound louder than mine.

Are the rechargeable batteries replaceable when they no longer hold a charge?

I’ve heard mixed reviews on the pro one gravity filter not filtering what they say. Did you test the water for it?
