What I don't understand is how the host here cant seem to wrap his head around the idea of there not being a single dominant leader instead working as a collective is Canada's structures so intrinsically hierarchical that they cant possibly conceive of any organizational structure that isn't presided over by a single domineering individual?

I’m guessing if it’s anything like the UK She’ll handle everything in Parliament, he’ll handle everything outside of Parliament. In the event that they’re both in the house I imagine they would treat the situation much in the same manner of a president and vice president of any other organization. For them it’s probably ideal because I don’t think they’re of the option that they’re even going to form an official opposition never mind a government. Forming a caucus I think is the current goal.

Why is it so hard for him to comprehend there’s two leaders ???? Like would that not be better to actually live within a democratic society where there is even democracy within leadership (which is actually a position of absolute service) and you have two people discussing options. Besides Elizabeth is training Johnathan to prepare to lead. Either way this is something I do not understand why it would be hard to comprehend, it would have no negative affect on the actual political involvement of the Green Party.
