DITTO!!! I felt the same exact way!! I held on by a thread. I didn't want Nathan to give her the time of day. I was SO angry with her. Couldn't stomach her with Lucas. I like Lucas but NEVER with Elizabeth. This may be sacrilegious to say, but I like Nathan and Elizabeth together even more than I liked her with Jack. I'm hoping for upcoming seasons to show real courtship, marriage, blending of their families, and babies! Endgame. 🎉❤❤

Oh with Hargraves coming Elizabeth will be dealing with some strong, deep, emotional feelings, memories of Jack will come to mind, and Elizabeth will deal with all this with Nathan by her side. They will face this as a couple. Will this issue cause some problems for Elizabeth and Nathan? Most likely the writers want to create drama. This will only end up bringing Elizabeth and Nathan closer together as a couple after they have this emotional experience together! They will be stronger for going through this situation! I feel the writers are bringing this story about because Erin and Kevin do so well with the strong, deep, emotional storylines. I think it's going to be okay though. #teamnathan #hearties

Here is how I see it. 1) because of fear Elizabeth chose to be in a safe comfortable love to guard herself to protect herself from getting hurt again. 2) She got into that relationship so fast when Lucas was pursuing her as a way to try to forget she is in love with Nathan. It didn't work eventually her heart won out over the fears of her mind. She broke up with Lucas in S10. Then got into a relationship with Nathan after a very slow burn and a gentle, "Love Comes Softly" romance for Elizabeth and Nathan. Finally becoming a couple completely in S11, episode 11. Here is how I see Lucas the saloon owner. He was a gambler, card trick player, and competitor. He saw Elizabeth as a prize to be won. It was a sick twisted game in his mind. He just wanted to beat out the competition - Nathan! Lucas was physically attracted to Elizabeth and wanted her for himself. Lucas always gave Nathan dirty looks when he saw him talking to Elizabeth. Lucas was worried. He knew Nathan was in love with Elizabeth in S8. Lucas was willing to be Elizabeth's safe love because he wanted her for himself. So, he pursued Elizabeth with all the grand gestures. Lucas knew Elizabeth chose him over Nathan because she was fearful of being with another mountie. Lucas settled This was how it was especially in S6-S8. It was a competition Lucas wanted to win. As time went on maybe as Lucas got to know Elizabeth better he fell in love with her, but maybe not. However, especially in the beginning it was a competition he wanted to win. I still think maybe Elizabeth wasn't truly loved by Lucas. He was okay as her safe love. He was attracted to her and wanted her as his trophy wife!

Mas nem conseguia disfarçar , tem uma cena que ela está conversando com Lucas e Nathan passa no cavalo sem olhar prá ela , ela se vira e o acompanha com o olhar , Lucas viu mas não se incomodou , continuou atrás bela , tem outra cena em que ela estava na escola e Lucas chega para convidar prá comer alguma coisa e ela diz que não seria uma boa companhia , ela fica olhando Nathan passar a cavalo e Lucas percebeu ! Lucas era um jogador , queria o prêmio , fez as jogadas certas, ele montou a biblioteca prá ela e as crianças, levou a própria mãe para HV e editar o livro que Elizabeth tanto queria ! Até mesmo quando disse para ela pensar e escolher , fingiu sair da cidade para Elizabeth ficar aflita e sair correndo atrás dele , estrategicamente ele esperou no lugar que sabia que ela iria !

Aww thank you so much, honestly it was a lot of trial and error since I started editing back in 2008, just learning as I went on different softwares. I wouldn't worry to much. Lindsay Sturman showrunner for S10, S11, and future S12 said today that Jack Thornton is dead. They will not be bringing him back alive. However, they will always keep his memories alive in Hope Valley So if we see Jack (Daniel Lissing) back it will be Elizabeth's actually memories of her and Jack together or Elizabeth will dream about Jack in her sleep.
