Musk appears to be among the very few self-aware people who understand how rare and fragile democracy is historically, and also understand without free speech, there is no democracy. Albanese obviously does not understand the requirement of free speech even though he has been elected to serve his democratic society. This is evidenced in his accusing Musk of sowing division, and in doing so, revealing his desire to silence the truth.
