Unannounced concert in NYC at premiere of "Elton John: Never Too Late."
The film follows Elton John as he looks back on his life and the astonishing early days of his 50-year career in this emotionally charged, intimate and uplifting full-circle journey. As he prepares for his final concert in North America at Dodger Stadium, Elton takes us back in time to recount the extraordinary highs and heartbreaking lows of his early years and how he overcame adversity, abuse and addiction to become the icon he is today.
Directed by R.J. Cutler and David Furnish the documentary will premiere Friday, December 13th.

Elton John's last concert was on July 8, 2023 at the Tele2 Arena in Stockholm, Sweden. The concert marked the end of his Farewell Yellow Brick Road tour, which began in 2018 and included 330 shows across the world. The tour was originally scheduled to end in 2021, but was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The Farewell Yellow Brick Road tour was the highest-grossing tour of all time. John has said that he will continue to perform some shows, but he has retired from touring. He cited his family life as a reason for his decision to retire.
John's final North American show was on November 20, 2022 at Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles. A concert film of that performance, Elton John Live: Farewell from Dodger Stadium, is available on Disney+
