Thanks so much! For my game, I like the pop/culture buildings. First I compare the pop to my current or soon to be upgraded residence count, then divide the culture by the remaining squares. So the Leviathan Ferry will give me well over 100 per square culture and I can fit it into my tiny town. (The Crab comes before I get to the next chapter.)
