Fantastic interview with an "84 year old woman". She really remembered a lot. That photo of Elvis with his arms around her wearing the lace shirt is awesome. Thank you, Ms. Clawson for sharing your memories!
Don't know how you find these people but I am so glad you do. This is the kind of stories us Elvis fans love to hear. I love Elvis no matter how much weighted. His twisted colon cause his bloat. He was still Elvis. Globetrotting with Trey delivers another great Elvis story. Thank you so much Trey.
This was one of the best interviews; because Trey was so sweet with this women! He really got some great memories about the young Elvis!! Congratulations Trey!!🥰
Fantastic interview Trey. Her wearing the same dress confused me, so good job clarifying where she was. Every picture has a story, and I’m looking forward to your next one. ❤️🤗🇨🇦
Wonderful story, sweet lady love the pics with Elvis, I wish she had autographed those pics too.great pics..and how wild they ripping his shirt off ,wonder how many times that happened. Lol...she has had a very interesting life, thank you and to Ms Clawson!!👏👏❤️👑
I know this night that she got the photos was the first time it happened and this is when Elvis realized he needed security so Red West started traveling with him and the Memphis mafia was born
Hi Trey! What a wonderful rare delightful story with this nice lady Ms. Clawson! It's so important to preserve these stories , as so many are no longer with us. I'm so proud of you for your dedication. All My Best, Tanya
Thank you Trey, Great video! This young lady has great ,sharp and vivid memories of her encounter with Elvis. Also, I admire her description of being composed when she went to Elvis’s concerts. She is a real lady! Elvis dose not look to happy in these photos. Thank you again! Arrivederci!
I love this story and how you present it, Trey. I totally dig how you showcase this woman's life and let her speak and tell her story.....Elvis is the subject, but you let her life story thrive once again. This is awesome. The Elvis story is intertwined in so many other's lives....Fantastic job here.....I can't explain it the way I want, but thanx for posting this. Fabulous. Until the next one....Take Care.
Everyone has a story and I like learning about life stories. Andys is the only girl that I know of that has photos from that historic night in Elvis Presley’s life… she is important to this story..
Very interesting interview, Trey. It`s awesome that you find all these people who came in contact with Elvis, so many years ago. Thanks a lot! Miss Clawson said she had decided to not attend his concerts anymore, because "...he was fat and all blown up." I guess, if Elvis had had such high beauty standards, he would never have embraced her, the way he did, and he even wouldn`t have taken a picture with her in the first place. She also said that, at that time, Elvis was a "nobody". You don`t rip off the clothes of a "nobody". The guy she presented her pictures from the hallway is a very lucky guy :)))
My sister saw Elvis in Philly in 1977. She said his size didn’t matter. It was still Elvis handsome and sexy as ever. Should I forgive her for not taking me with her? ❤️❤️❤️
Great video and I didn’t know Andy Griffith performed with Elvis but I knew Andy sang! I’m sure I seen everyone of he Andy Griffith shows grew up on Elvis and Andy Griffith! Wow it’s a small world Trey! That’s a piece of History Andy with Elvis! Wow 2 of my favorites!👍🥰
That was a excellent interview trey. There's a lady in Memphis called hubcap Annie. She sold hubcaps for antique cars. Her business was on getwell rd. She had the best picture with elvis I've ever seen.
Great video! I appreciate her interview but it always seems like the older generation when they are talking about it they don’t understand the magnitude and think it’s no big deal that she met elvis. 😅 though at the time of the pictures no one knew how huge he was going to be. I would have never gotten rid of that dress😅 lucky lady!
Any observing person could see he was bloated and not fat..being bloated is a huge symptom of a very bad illness, which he was.He died from that illness.Shame on her for overlooking the stark obvious.
I agree, but some people just can't see that. I saw an interview with Dr. Nick and he spoke about how he gave Elvis steroids off and on. Any of us who have taken those know how you get bloated/weight gain and increased appetite.
No he wasn't ! He was sick and that was a big huge difference. Sadly she sounds arrogant talking about Elvis being "fat and doped up" when he was sick and saying she would never go see him again...tacky. She was right about there would never be another Elvis. He was the one and only until he sadly passed away too soon. Still is to his fans. Thank you Mr. Trey for the interview anyway. You are the super sleuth when it comes to Elvis trivia. RIP Elvis. Safe travels and adventures Mr. Trey.
You have to understand that the media painted Elvis like that after his death and I believe that is where that comes from.. she didn’t mean it in a bad way.. she is just an 84 year old women talking from her heart…
The 1956 preacher's warned that Elvis Presley' was the Evil Priestly and don't listen to his music 🎵 you people need to repent renounce Elvis as Evil..
