Great video Trey. I envy anyone that got to see Elvis live on stage. There is a lot of Elvis history in Florida, I love that you took the same route as they did on Elvis on tour. Looking forward to part .
I just visited Jacksonville February 7-10 and went to these same landmarks to have the Elvis experience!! So excited to see this video! Love from Cleveland Tennessee
What a great video with Norm...his story brings back lots of memories of when I saw him in 73 in st louis....I also was 9 years old...went to the stage twice with my dad and he put me on his shoulders....and yes if the towns supported elvis he always came back...he was here 2 or 3 times in 50s and came back 3 times on the 70s...thanx for a great video
What a great little video - so interesting and fascinating to watch - such a shame that a lot of these theatres that he played at are no longer in existence - thank you so much for sharing Trey 💗💗
Thank you Trey, Incredible story from this Elvis Fan Norm, it doesn’t get any better seeing Elvis in concert more then once! Wow!!!! Awesome!!! Also,we now know the history of the photo in Elvis’s Album Cover . Trey ; some of us fans always learn something new in your videos . Thank you as always great video Arrivederci!
My best friend Jimbob Miller son of Sargent Jim Miller of The Jacksonville Sheriff Office. Jimbob and I both worked on The Maintenance and Stage setup crew at The Coliseum. We had good tickets, but employees still had to pay full price for all concerts. We took our girlfriends and we all had a great time that night. I remember it well. Great memory. The dressing rooms you showed , I cleaned many times after many famous shows. It was sad when Jacksonville decided to blow up that building. Most people never knew, but that building was infested with large river rats 🐀 the city never could get rid of completely. Great Memories!
Great stories and reenactment of the ride Elvis would have taken from the Coliseum to the hotel. Very cool. Thank you Norn for sharing all the stories about the other entertainers too. I have been to Amelia Islands before and Brunswick Georgia. Love it!! Thank you Trey !!!!
I can't get over how dull the sky and air is in the south compared to the South West like Palm Springs where it's so clear and bright. That humidity makes a huge difference.
Thank You once again for another great piece of Elvis history. And Thank You Norm for sharing your stories. I remember when they demolished the Coliseum . It always Breaks a little piece of my Heart when they tear down such Historical places like that especially in my home state of Florida. I have great memories of that old building I unfortunately never had the chance to see Elvis in concert live. But I did see a few shows there like the 2 Aerosmith shows I seen in 1990 then again in 1994. I hope you get a chance to make it down here to the Tampa Fl. Area soon Trey there’s a lot of Elvis history down this way also. But I know you already know that so come on down we will be looking forward to it. So until then safe travels my Friend.
I'm a big fan of your channel Trey!! Just thought I'd say hi!🙂 all your videos are so good and informative. My favorite is astroworld. So cool!!!👍👍 tcb
Thanks for the comment and for tuning in. The Astroworld was a great one and I enjoyed capturing it! Stay tuned because I have some more cool stuff in store for you..
Awesome video and story!! For those of us who saw Elvis On Tour, or were lucky enough to be at a show, this brings it all back! Especially as we beg for more footage to be released. And getting very little in return! There’s so much more video out there! That was one of the most heavily edited, cut up, and spliced as any that’s ever been done. Mr Abel and Mr Adidge did their own thing for sure. And left way more video on the floor than they used. Artist’s….😂
All Elvis DVD's should have a video of yours or the Spa Guy in the Extras so Fans can see or visit the Filming Sites on the DVD that you have Filmed all these years.
So he played venues like this over and over again yet couldn't be bothered to come to the Uk to play to fans who helped make him a wealthy man. Just saying.
First of all, .I m not watching your video to hear about Garth Brooks shows.Frankly, my dear..I don t give a damn..,I follow you, because of ELVIS, and ONLY ELVIS........Secondo. ELVIS had about 785 songs, in his repertoire and you have only one favourite...Wow, that s rich.....
Favorite means “preferred out of all others of the same kind,” so it makes sense that he has one favorite song. If he had more than one, there wouldn’t be a favorite. Also, be nice. He doesn’t have to make these videos and he certainly doesn’t do it for you. 😂 go be insufferable somewhere else.

Lamar talks about in the book Elvis and Memphis Mafia by Alanna Nash. Page 695. Lamar day after he had bypass surgery at one point he weighed about 70 pounds less than Elvis. They were on the plane doing a tour and Elvis got mad at Lamar and called him “Lard-ass”. Lamar said he walked away and waited. When the plane landed he walked back to bedroom of the plane and said “let’s go lardass”. Lamar say Elvis replied “. You son of bitch you have been waiting 20 years for this. And Lamar said you’re right. Lamar ends it with “and this time he didn’t get mad”
