On Episode #32 of Globetrotting with Trey, Billy Smith & Sam Thompson share stories with Elvis. Billy Smith, Elvis' cousin, shares about the time he was fired one evening and how Elvis rehired him! Sam Thompson shares what the last thing Elvis said to him before his untimely death in 1977. This was filmed in 1993 at George Klein's first Memphis Mafia Reunion on Beale St. in Memphis.

So I saw this pop up as suggested video for me. Clicked on watched it enjoyed very much seeing Sam and Billy both looking so young and happy too. Went to click like button Is already liked then realized it's from 5 mths ago !!! Not sure why pops up as new suggested video for me but I like Globeteotting Trey so enjoyed very much viewing again . Just think Trey viewers in ten twenty years will be clicking on your Globetrotting videos when your are a famous leading man on the big screen . Awesome show. I will check out newer videos . Trey you have done an amazing job breaking down individual stories and turned them into personal clips from some of Elvis inner circle. Glad you were there and now able to share this with us. 1993 was so long ago and the Elvis world has lost so many original members now several are gone from that stage from this event. When these original Elvis inner circle members are gone at least we will have this recording of true facts not some second hand stories that have been embellished. Tks again.

Elvis presley probably did a said slot of things he didn't really mean he was only stressed a human he was a beautiful kind humble hearted man who didn't like to hurt no one intently he had his mood s it comes w stress a drugs. Elvis truly loved the people who worked with him. Billy is the only one left and he love's Elvis to this day. I'm sure everyone know's about Billy and Jo and the video's they do to keep Elvis's memory alive. Elvis live's on in their heart's and they are alway's living Elvis. If you don't know about the Smith family you should find them on utube and continue to share the dream.

I can't understand why Elvis ,had a hard time accepting his gift from God. If he just wouldv'e realized, that God gave similar gift to others, like Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, BBKing and so many othe's talented Singers, Actors, Dancers God chose us all because, he loved us .All those people were extra special because, they gave so much to us. Just as Elvis did and still today, we're still enjoying their special gifts from God. If he couldv'e just known and I hope Trey that Spa Guy and you know it too. We love your gifts of these reminder, in the form of videos, that bring us joy!

Great to see and hear some of Elvis' friends and family, telling us the story of when they were fired. There is a scene in " Elvis, The Movie" with Kurt Russell, where Elvis fires everybody after getting into an argument with one of the guys.

I'm bipolar n have mood swings. I have always thought he was bipolar1 which is more severe manic n depressive mood swings. Bipolar 2 is less severe which I have. Bypolor can run in families. Bipolar starts with Stress in one's life. Insomnia, drugs etc.His mom had mood swings also. This is just my opinion.

It is impossible to diagnose or even think he was bipolar because he was blasted on drugs all the time. The drugs made him up and down not bipolar. If I take speed and see a Dr. and the Dr. Did not know I took speed he would think I was ‘something’. Then on next visit if he saw me after taking downers… he would think hey “ guy has highs and lows “ must be bipolar. HOWEVER, once it is known that the drugs were ingested, a bipolar diagnosis could not be given as the drugs caused the behaviour.

All due respect, but friends don’t fire friends then rehire them, then fire them again… all to manage power and control over their lives. Drugs or no drugs… Elvis couldn’t say he was sorry… that is a huge character flaw. Money and gifts are not a substitute for “I’m sorry”.

These people have nothing to do in their lives , but dwelling on the past ..If it wouldn t be for the KING, they would of remained ANONYMOUS.,..Why do you interview them, they were just GOFERS for the KING... Elvis s cousin s Bob Smith s memory is not very reliable, as I saw in other s videos....I guess once in a while Elvis was fed up of having all these leeches sucking all his blood. What did they do after Elvis died??? Were they succesful, did they had big career, made lots of money...I don t think so...Maybe they were good little employees, but they were never ****LEADERS****like ****THE KING*****.Have you ever taught of interviewing the gofers for the other big stars, like M.J. Paul Mc Cartney and many others..I know that they all have gofers working for them..
