Great time of his young life!! This was around the time he had just bought his Beloved Graceland. March 1957, age 22 ELVIS was always great in his interviews. This interviewer was really using his southern slang fast talk.
@@Patracat Elvis doesn't sound anywhere near as southern-fried as that DJ. They way Elvis spoke before 1957 was much more country-sounding. The year 1957 was pivotal for him in that regard. He sounded less rural. It's as if he was coached or something.
