Love this ❤️ !!!!! One thing about it....... everyone loved Elvis!!!! and was glad to do anything for him!!!!and you know that's a lot of love to be woken up at 3 to cook anything he wanted!!!!!!.but I know his close friends and family would do anything for him!!!!
I woulda cooked anything he wanted lol. Billy you have truly taught me to love and appreciate everyone in the Elvis circle. I used to have anger towards some but you have guided me through that and I have come out of the other side with nothing but appreciation and love. I had always heard that Elvis was very kind and generous, but these videos from the Spa Guy tells two stories. One of Elvis having a big heart, and the other of the person or persons fortunate to receive the gifts.
I’m the same way. I’ll eat something I like and will eat it over and over until I no longer want it and won’t eat it again for a year or so. Another in common thing with Elvis and now you to Spa Guy!!

I have always liked Dean, I met Dean back in the late 1970s or early 1980s. Are used to play football with my brother and Jimmy Gambill and Dean and I few of the other guys right up in the front yard at Graceland . I was only 17 or so and Dean always treated us good, they were some awesome times for me. My brother ended up working with Jimmy at Graceland for years and we all still remain friends. I haven’t seen Dean in many years though, it’s good to see him and I Looks like he’s doing well
Gotta love Elvis. I've worked out the recipe of the burger Deans mum made for hims. Just look at the ring Elvis made for her and match up the colours with the ingredients. Fun video. :)
Great stories. The calling for food in the middle of the night reminded of the many times I did that for my late husband. Cooking in the middle of the night .

I love Elvis stories :) I'd get up at 3 a.m. and cook for him, too, and love every minute of it! I wish he was still around because my washer and dryer both need replaced badly right now, lol
Hamburger Steak is definitely a Southern Term just like “Sweet Tea”, “Smothered”, “Fritters”, “Chitlin” , “BBQ Bark”, “Chicken Fried Steak”, “Deviled” ,”Green’s”, and my favorite “Potlikker” the stuff left over after cooking a “Mess” of Green’s. I am in the restaurant industry in Chicago area and I have always appreciated Southern terms in Food. I’m sitting here racking my brain to remember more. Up here you’ll never see Hamburger and Steak both used to describe one item. It’s either “Would you like hamburger or Steak”?
This is Definitely a wonderful talk about how he was. And I’ll be honest with y’all this is wonderful seeing and hearing about how he’d treated everyone and seem to have bought more gifts than anybody I’ve ever heard about. Showing us all how great he was and like they say in the video he never ever said anything about buying and giving you a new car!!! Which as we all have seen and heard he’d Definitely bought and gave away more vehicles than any celebrity or person in History making him all the more amazingly wonderful and showed y’all how he valued friends not money. I love this video as always Spa Guy!!! You do such good investigations on Elvis and I just love all of them. Will never stop loving Elvis Presley, who he was and what he stood for. He was such an amazing man in so many ways. Thank God for the music he left behind for us to enjoy forever. Therw will never, ever, ever, ever be another Elvis Presley. I was just curious why Dean didnt want to share that recipe with us Elvis fans. Elvis is gone forever and I guess us fans want as much of him as we can get but, if he doesnt want to share as Elvis did, then he just doesnt? Thank you Spa Guy for all you do. Great video again Billy. Looking forward to part 2. I had the privilege of meeting and speaking with Dean and his wife at the HIE Daly event. Jean was so sweet. She told us that Edna was such a great cook and that she taught Jean some of the famous recipes. She even told me about the special meatloaf ingredient, which I will not share. (I swore confidentiality. LOL.)
Once again a very well done video. A big piece of the Elvis life has come to light. Life must have been tough for Dean after Elvis passed. Dr. Nick. In my humble opinion, after reading as much as I could, I truly believe he was trying to help Elvis. Not harm him. Dean, I hope you have a great rest of your life. You too Mr. Spa Guy.
That's a very cool story! I read Dr Nick's book, and he told that story, and there was a picture of that ring in the book as well! Just saw the video about the hotel Elvis and the entourage stayed at in Bristol, TN in 1976. Who would've thought that a bridge would be specially-built for Elvis to access the motel without getting mobbed by fans and that it's still there, albeit falling apart? Spa Guy is da best!
Elvis is known to have been a big fan of meatloaf and tomatoes and art one point in the 1960s reportedly once ate it for dinner every night for a couple of weeks. I wonder if the meat loaf used this recipe?
