@@tfs7033 10/26/2022 Actually, Cashbox magazine was considered by many to have a better method of tabulating chart statistics than Billboard (which is a magazine that has improperly monopolized the position of a tabulating authority; & thereby has mislead a number of disingenuous readers, such as yourself😐). Billboard intentionally changed the method & time periods from which they calculate record sales & the conclusions they thereby make regarding a song's popularity. By doing so, Billboard has been caving to the heat which gold digging record producers & promoters put on them, so that they can promote contemporary, lesser artists (who of course, lack anything approaching Elvis Presley's amazing accomplishments) without The King 👑 getting in the way of their ability to publicize those same cronies, as though they are setting the records that Elvis Presley already holds & which they are unable to surpass. By moving the goal posts the way Billboard has done i.e. intentionally not counting ALL of Elvis' statistics & accomplishments preceding 1964 (this means eliminating from consideration ALL of Elvis' record setting chart statistics & accomplishments from the 1950's), those promoters can now, thereby put money in their coward, villianous pockets. In caving to these promoters, Billboard has unilaterally decided that they will only count sales statistics that occur after their own, arbitrary "Top 100 Era". In reality, a better estimate of Total #1 hits, of which Elvis Presley actually does have more than ANY solo artist in history, is to look at the number of songs, such as "Burning Love", which while having been intentionally misrepresented as hitting #2 in 1972 by Billboard, was awarded a #1 position by Cashbox. Then combine the two charts for a better picture of just how many #1 hits Elvis really has. I am not the only one who has, for a number of years, been demanding that Elvis Presley get awarded a retroactive (not merely posthumous, but retroactive) #1 hit by Billboard for "Burning Love". This is but one of MANY examples of how the Elvis phenomenon is so insurmountable to other lesser artists that disenfranchising, ostracizing & doing every underhanded thing they can do to keep Elvis out of the medium, is the only way these huckleberrys can make money. Yours, Raymond A. Martini
Just looking at his pictures makes me feel better. That's why I have his pictures all over my house. No one comes close to his talent, charisma, voice or looks.
I always loved this opening clip, Elvis was the best and still is the best. I was so fortunate to have been able to see Elvis in person and his concerts were fabulous.
My passion for Elvis lasts for precisely 30 years, when I was 10. I was absolutely blown away by this man. I even dreamed about him! ☺️ But the real fever started 12 years ago when I was finally able to watch his performances on youtube and met more songs I didn't know before, such as "I got a woman". Elvis is my addiction these days ❤️❤️❤️ I listen to him every day! How I love this man😍😍😍
