Good timing! About a week ago I finished one of Al Wertheimer's books which included the photo (and others you used in this video) of Elvis checking into the Jefferson Hotel. I recognized that pic since I'd just finished the book. Beautiful outdoor shots you took at the beginning of the video at night, but I got goose bumps when you showed the "check in" photo. It's a really beautiful hotel. I would like to see Trey's video with the lady Elvis was hanging with that day. Great job, guys!

Hello from England I love the fashion from the 50's and the 60's and the 70's but look what Elvis is wearing and those WHITE SHOES WOW. You would immediately notice him and that lovely woman with him. She looked so lovely and the dress and the shoes What more can i say about the setting and this hotel. Those days were just so glamorous I love it

Great video Spa Guy and Trey❤ what a beautiful hotel. Sure miss those days when there were no cell phones, but phone booths. It seems somehow more romantic and people making time to call you, it was something special. The cars looked also cooler then. In the video Elvis is enjoying himself, going out, drinking coffee, something he later almost could not do anymore. Funny the sculpture in front of the hotel, my doughter who is studying art at school, says Elvis had a greek posture, his jaws were perfect in line and a symetric.

Ty so much for taking the time to entertain us with these videos I enjoy them so much I am 48 yrs old and I can remember Elvis since I was able to walk my mom was a huge fan She went to Graceland five time b 4 she passed away at the young age of 62 I wish I could financially be able to afford to go to Graceland it is a dream of mine maybe someday

That place is beautiful! I have stayed there a lot in the 90's and always enjoyed The Jefferson. The last time I stayed, Dolly Pardon was going to dinner upstairs. The steps are famous also.. (Gone with the Wind affiliation !!!)

We must respect out nation's history good and bad so our country has national Elvis treasures like this. It's funny to me that when Elvis was starting out he was staying in a 5 star hotel like the Jefferson but in the 70's on tour he was staying in Holiday Inn's.

Did you stop at Hollywood cemetery while you were there? It's a beautiful hotel, I've stayed there. Richmond is a cool city, to bad they removed the Confederate monuments which enrages me.
