My favourite of all their homes.... it's better than Graceland. And thank GOD they didn't tear it down. How can you even suggest it ? 🙄😆 No way, its an Elvis home. End of story.

You tell us he is there from a motion picture, and fail to mention that the author of that silkscreen was Andy Warhol, and that the last three "Double Elvis" which were each different than the other two, sold at auction for $37m (in 2012), $37.1m (in 2020), and $53 million (in 2018),). In other words, EACH worth more than the price of the house. LOL.

Imagine how great the views would of been back when elvis lived there bear in mind it probably more built up now then what it was when the king lived there

Would like to see front exterior and entrance and inside home tour, too.

I hope they dont tear it down. The U.S.A should let stuff be original and appreciate the old. They seem to have a problem with that.

Can't tear it down. It was given some sort of special status because the architect was somebody revered, not because E owned it. In California terms, tearing a structure like that down is bad karma.

Of course people pay for views. Location, location, location. EVERY house in California is over-priced. My ex and I used to spend time out on the patio and look at the lights in the canyon and look at the lights from downtown, and I loved the fact that we were so close to Griffith Park and the Observatory was practically right above us. Gloria Swanson's old house was just a few houses up the street too. The point is, from that one area of the backyard in this video, the neighbor's and a basketball court are mentioned... that doesn't detract from the view it is part of it. But when you go to the rest of the backyard you get an even better view of downtown. "Great views" doesn't just have to be about seeing the ocean, which pretty much disappears at night anyway. I like this Elvis house better than Graceland and better than Elizabeth Taylor's old house.

they cut most of the trees down from elvis 'time there and they remodelled the inside, not much original anymore .

To SRO nope not worth 30 mill for sure but for the history of the place I'd like to see the house brought back to its original state . Think it's worth saving for that certainly don't want to see the house raised ! I dont know what the land prices are out in California ? An acre here in Illinois is around $33,000.00 without a home . I think this guy is reaching a bit for 30 mill but never know perhaps a Presley fan will snag it .

The only house Elvis owned in California was in Palm Springs, Elvis Honeymoon Hideaway. He only lived in the house in Palm Springs for one year, it was a gift for his new wife. After living in the house for a year he moved back to Memphis Tennessee with his wife. You should be ashamed of yourself for using his name just to sell a house, especially for such a ridiculous amount.

I never understood how the rich sleep at night,while babies are being kidnapped,tortured, murdered, and pedifilers still walk the streets, but yaayyyy look at the $M dollar homes that will one day be consumed and withered away by mother nature ! All in the name of "look at me,rich,wasteful, while human beings suffer daily .
