Marty Harrell is alive and well. I play golf with him and some other band members every other week. He wrote a book with Darryl Vidal a couple of years ago titled "Backstage" Behind the Curtains with the Greatest Entertainers of the 20th Century.
There have been some great musicians/singers, Sinatra, Lennon, Hendrix, Harrison, many many but we still talk about the loss of Elvis and his death. He died too young and suddenly.
Elvis loved it too! You watch him in the Trilogy and the horns playing and he's yelling louder louder! What a nice Guy ! Again Joe thank you! I love the interviews with the ones that you don't think of, telling their experiences of working with Elvis. Your interviews have proven what everyone has said. That they loved working with Elvis,what a nice Guy he was to work with and had fun doing it! But all respect him and his talent!
