I would Google embryo adoption programs and first find a few that you feel confident in or are interested enough in to gather more information from them as to how their process works and what your first steps would be :)

H&KTTC we have used the same agency for both of our adoptions! Each of our matches only took about 2-3 weeks 😊

probably not because when you adopt you get all their embryos until you finished your family and then what's left go back to bio family. If the bio family planned more kids, they would have never released their embryos for adoption until their family is finished. That tells me they used all the embryos.
