First, I am sooo rooting for both of you to have a healthy and succesful pregnancy already from the first try. Manifest it into existence 🙏. Second, I have so many thoughts on what happened with the catheter. I am so sorry that happened to you. Often times doctors and nurses forget how much anxiety even the slightest devations from your birthing/pregnancy plan can cause. For them it's just a simple, mundane procedure, but for you it can make a world of a difference in how you experience the process. I've always thought that doctors and nurses need to go through soft skills trainings for such purposes. I get that they have plenty on their plate & they don't want to go into all the possible what ifs, but they are dealing with the human body and mind, they need to have the right approach to every single scenario that arises. So, I totally get that you got upset that neither the nurse or doctor thought it important to inform you before hand. I really hope this is the last negative surprise in your journey and please know we're here rooting for you and your family 💓

Hayden’s love of pirates of the caribbean cuz those are two of my absolute favorite movies and I could probably quote the entirety of both of them😂 as a kid I watched the parent trap probably once a week always in my dads home office with him while he was doing work and the last time I tried to watch it as an adult I just ended up crying alone on my couch cuz I missed my dad so much😅 forever one of my favorite movies
5:06 When I needed an ultrasound many years ago, they allowed me to pee for '8 seconds'. I still vividly remember the time they allowed me all these years later. It was bizarre peeing and stopping mid way through! I wish they had of given you similar instructions just to take the edge off.
I've been there, it sucks, bad. Any feelings you have during the two week wait, have them. It's a horrible period of time, and I don't care how emotionally stable, strong, positive a person is, that period humbles you in a bath of anxiety and doubt. If you've had even one negative pregnancy test when you were hoping for a positive, those two weeks become a nightmare. Do whatever you need to pass the time.💙

I'm so sorry that happened! They definitely should have informed you of the possibility of the catheter and explain the procedures before performing it on you. I would file a complaint or some sort of written letter. Sending you, Haden, and the animals so much love ❤
you've got this! you probably get a lot of advice already. just my 0.02, catheter will not bother you during the labor and after. at that point you will be up for anything just for this tiny human. your hormones will help you get through everything!
When I didn't test early, it was always WAY better for me mentally. It was difficult, the not knowing...but when I have tested early and it was negative after negative it just was a kick in my gut while I was down. Prayers for you! ❤
Stay positive, I didn’t test positive right away, my beta was also questionable.. it was lower than expected.. and I’m currently rocking my healthy IVF baby boy 💙 we’re all that girl so don’t feel bad about that. Sending you good vibes

I 100% thought that KNOWING the TWW was hard would magically make it less hard. The hubris! I don't know who can wait the suggested 12 days or whatever, they are more powerful than I was. What you're going thru is so normal. In fact, I'm glad to see someone who comes across as quite organized and rational in lots of ways show others that foresight and personality will not necessarily save you from the angst. It happens and the worry need not be an additional source of worry, just something to care for and manage. Thanks for being candid, I really think it could set others up for a little less grief. Truly.
These are so exciting to watch! I will have my first embryo transfer in April and these videos have been comforting to watch. Even though I’m in NZ and our process differs slightly it feels like a friend going through it at the same time. All the positive energy in the world for your jelly bean!
The difference between your and Haden's tastes in stories / characters / etcetera always makes me giggle/smile.😊🤭🤭💜 I always find it really interesting and enjoy hearing contrasting opinions discussed between two people that still genuinely respect each other in spite of it, like that. It gives me hope for the world. (But, also, just the things that you agree or disagree on are great-definitely really embodying why 'different stripes for different types' sometimes. It's beautiful.! Reminds me of the things that I agree/disagree with other people about too, it's funny how it can be the most tiny or random things that come up as a bit contentious, sometimes.🙂)

I'm sorry that happened and you weren't warned about it. If it's reassuring I got the epidural before the catheter and I didn't feel the catheter at all and the epidural wasn't as scary as I thought and I hate needles
50:08 so I think with the Hades and Zeus scenes there were likely was lot more but like because Lance Reddick passed away right after filming maybe they cut some of that during editing/post-production? that's my conspiracy theory at least as I agree those were the coolest and sadly quickest parts
omgsh i'm so sorry you had that experience... and I would either call and talk to a doctor there or write a letter explaining you experience. Because i mean im under the impression that doctors are supposed to explain everything before hand as well as they go especially with a procedure like that. but i'm glad you were feeling better by the end of the video. I also hope and pray you have a great results and happiness. Parent Trap will forever be one of the best movies ever created ! Also show wise- The movies were so terrible and I love how disney really took what Rick Riordan wanted for his characters and how much they involved him in decision making and stuff. I really liked the show but I also understand and agree with both of you about the length and pacing about the show as well. I was also hoping we'd get that funny scene which I think the movie did great with Persephone with Hades... but anyways. great log as always :)

Ask your IVF doc about the endometrium scratch procedure the month before transfer. My IVF doc does it for every patient. Basically they scratch up the inside of the uterus and the idea is that the healing tissue will grab onto the embryo better. I had it done on both of my IVF babies.
Whew crescent city was ROUGH for me. I decided to dnf that series because everything is so blah. I don’t like any of the characters & I don’t care that she’s sad lol is much rather just watch zootopia I also went back to hydroflask & am loving how cold my water is! I kinda agree with both you and Haden about the Percy Jackson tv series-something about it did seem a little hollow to me too, I think there was too much telling of certain things[ like telling how close of friends the main characters were or telling how good Annabeth supposedly was at being a badass demigod/warrior or whatever] and not enough actually showing it on screen(and you're completely right about it lacking emotional breathing room / needing just a few more episodes or something too); but at the same time I also didn't think it was that bad and I am going to be watching Season 2 when it comes out as well, now that it's officially been confirmed. But I still haven't read the books yet, though, and I actually liked the movies.😂
My embryo transfer was painful and my husband wasn't with me because we had our 4 year old with us and it sucked :(. Im sorry you experienced this too. I tested i think it was 2-3 days before my blood test because I wanted to deal with my emotions.
Sounds awful, I'm so sorry that happened to you, I wanted to have an unmedicated birth because I wanted to avoid getting a catheter, didn't end up that way, but thankfully the epidural makes it so you can't feel it at all!

Lol (Also, Dominic Noble does a thing where he will check out books in obscure/unusual/random/fringe genres or whatever sometimes and one of those was a brief dip into the Omegaverse , ssoo that also exposed me to the concept.😁🤭) But werewolf (a/b/o)omegaverse fiction specifically does seem like it is the most commonly known stuff, at least from outside the active omegaverse fanbase/sphere itself, so far as I can tell.
