These links are filtered for High-Quality diamonds. Type in your budget, and you will see the highest carat and sparkliest diamond within your budget without sacrificing any of the important factors.
Each Emerald Cut Size in this video is compared to this 1 Carat Diamond on a hand with a size 6 finger. This 1-carat diamond at Kay Jewelers, like most Brick and Mortar jewelry stores, is about $11,200, and that is because it is high quality. Now also, in this video, we take those diamonds and compare them to the exact same quality diamond from a website I will put in the description below this video. This 1-carat is $4000, so you'd save over $7,200 from my link below this video.
This is a .33 or 1/3 carat Emerald engagement ring on the hand. Compared to a 1-carat emerald-shaped diamond, it is very unimpressive, and you can barely tell it is even an emerald shape at this point. Oval diamonds can have a longer ratio or a wider ratio. You'd save close to $600 buying this diamond from the link in the description of this video.

Idk why every budget conscious person wouldn’t go for lab grown diamonds. They’re like half the price and you cannot tell the difference whatsoever. And better yet, they are conflict-free & mining-free so they’re much better on the conscience. I’d rather have a bigger diamond for less price and go lab. Not to mention feel good that no humans nor the earth was harmed in getting it.

@@Elodie_vera Exactly.. it IS the real thing... if a flower grows in a field or a greenhouse, it is still a flower. There is literally zero difference chemically and physically between natural and lab.

for some reason, the diamonds look much smaller in person that what it seems on this video.... that 1.75 carat in person looks more like a 3 carat in person... meaning, the diamonds will always looks smaller than what you see here.... so just keep that in mind

I have a question for you! Most emerald solitaire diamonds are set with a prong in each corner but these look like there are two prongs on each of the sides, so you’re able to see the soft corners of the emerald cut. I like this so much more! Do you now what it’s called? I’ve never send this before?
@sincerebydesign
@sincerebydesign 5 лет назад
Kelli Andersen it’s just a temporary holder for the stone, emeralds can’t be set this way because their corners are sharp and susceptible to chipping/damage in general.

You can get a 4ct center stone Emerald cut diamond for 20k CAD including the setting if you are willing to go for a CVD lab grown diamond, which is actually type IIa (better than 98% of all mined diamonds)

Diamonds on ebay are even cheaper than store diamonds. I’m not saying that as a joke. You need to seriously shop around, there are genuine diamonds out there for as little as 2k

A 1ct center shouldn't cost you more than 5k (including the setting). You don't need VVS quality with such a small stone. I would personally stick to VS2-SI2. Color wise, you can go to a J since Emerald cuts hide color very well.

@@evaleos6210 thanks for your input but if I'm trying to get one of Superior Clarity and color what should I pay
@evaleos6210
@evaleos6210 3 года назад
@@stopasking9745 you can pay anywhere from 5k to 10k. Honestly though, you won't even be able to tell the clarity between VVS and SI in a 1ct, and could save a lot of money opting for a lower clarity. A skilled and honest jeweler will tell you the same. Good luck on your search :D

I disagree, I would not go waste time of those who stock jewelry fully intending on shopping online. You pay extra to physically have it in stock. Do what you want but they provide a service for a living that costs extra, that’s the downside to shopping online vs dealing with someone who can help you find what you want.

That 3.75 carat emerald is terrible! The cut is extremely poor - the amount of leakage is crazy, not to mention that the facets are totally lost.
