very nice sir, normally in maximum ups EPO terminal is short but in APC ups models EPO terminal is normally open,,, plz share your valuable ideas regarding APC models ups. thanks..
Hello Gurjit !! Great job !! I have a hp930c ups and it doesn't turn on in the "cold start" mode anymore, I have to connect it to the line and power "online" and pull the cable for it to turn the inverter. I suspect the control board?
@@gurjitprincesingh7932 Thanks!! When the AC cable is removed and the inverter starts running ok. Only the "cold start" function does not work, I press the button and the equipment does not turn on without AC at the input. Thanks!
Greetings sir, thank you for your video. I have almost exactly this same model, but not long-run model, only 6 batteries or 72V. My unit seems to have a problem since whenever I connect an incandescent bulb it will randomly flicker slightly. This happens for both online and battery modes. When set to ECO mode the flicker goes away since of course the electricity is coming from the mains. So, I believe it must be an issue with the inverter section? If you were me, how would you proceed in attacking this problem? I would really appreciate any advice you can give, thank you
Hi Dear, sorry for late reply. In EcO mode you get bypass voltage, It may be due to weak output capacitor, Output Coils or Control Card. What was the Bulb wattage.

In this ups we give batteries sensing to controller as reference. If reference is not ok. Then you get batteries low indication, however if you install new batteries.

Either it's Inverter Section Faulty or Booster Section Faulty. In that condition, You will get a Fault Code at the front LCD Display. If you know the fault code, you'll easily trace Fault.

Hi, This is Rajesh. I like your experience but you have not yet covered all the errors. Like after connection of battery still ups not sensing battery and showing same error as without battery.

It's means The Invertor Section of UPS is faulty or may be drives issue from controller. If you are experienced person then open ups, otherwise contact local dealer.
