He’s still a funny guy, but he’s grounded in reality and when faced with a real problem he knows how to blow it off the map. Never mess with a savant in his element.
I think my theory is that he is INFACT a real soldier and got accepted into the army/marine corp and did really fight in ww2 since he has flashback to the trenches with other soldier but in the comic it stated he was a one Man army but this soldier isnt
when solder and medic historically laugh I think in meaning it's them finding out there not scared of death. Also that grenade, soldier wanted to go the same way as demo😢
