I just ordered the book for my daughter! It is so good to let our negative feelings out! When we are in a bad mood the best thing is to feel the sadness, feel the anger, feel the fear, etc. in the body and we get out of resistance. Where we get out of resistance of negative feelings they move on! The worst thing is to fight our feelings, avoid our feeling--feelings/emotions are in the body and are energy--emotions are energy in motion---just want to be felt and then they move on!!! Learning this and practicing feeling my feelings has healed me of depression and anxiety that I had on and off for decades.

When your terminally ill always in pain !! Watching yourself dissentagrate before your eyes!!! You start to be grateful for so much!! Getting rid of things really make you see the waste as humans

DJ James Kennedy definitely has trauma. Does anyone remember that episode where Lala tells everyone that when he was a kid, his classmates broke his leg?

I think Tom has so many narcissistic tendencies/traits but I think Raquel is one with the true mental illnesses along with a dark soul/heart. She has totally different ways she’s talks in different situations. She has hers nervous shaky scared of Lala or whoever persona and then in the next breath she’s calm, serious, confident and mean to Katie. It doesn’t seem like the situation is what is changing her they’re all fake and she’s uses whichever persona she needs. She’s the legit evil person. She’s the one that is vindictive and calculating. She only acts scared of Lala when she needs sympathy and to look like the poor victim standing up to Lala the mean scary Bully. There’s no reason Raquel or anyone would be more scared of Lala than Katie in real life. Her fear of Lala is fake. The way she is with Katie is closer to the real Raquel. Her talking to Ariana about hers and Sandoval’s sex life is so beyond evil. I think it’s so crazy that Raquel shows not one sign of nervousness guilt sadness or fear when talking to Ariana. She was so call About it. Scary. In this convo Raquel is trying to get info about Ariana and Sandoval, while putting sh!t in Ariana’s ear while saying things to Ariana to make her think something is going on. Raquel wanted this to come out. She’s beyond evil. I don’t have the words but everyone thinks Sandoval is the one controlling it all? I think Sandoval thinks he is but it’s really Raquel. I think she’s the sociopath or something. Tom thinks he’s controlling the narrative and making the decisions. He’s telling Schwartz what to say so they can make Ariana and Katie look bad and who knows, even though we see what horrible liars they all are and we probably would’ve believed them if this all didn’t come out before. Thank goodness it did bc it’s the most fascinating tv I’ve seen in so long!!

Aww I love this lady, never seen nor heard of her but I'm going to follow her! Thanks for exposing me to her. On a side note, one of the few times I detested myself was when I caught myself humming "Shake it off". I had a stern talk to myself and moved on. Hug your folks (mom gets the biggest hug though)❤

For the whole TS thing, I think we need the context of what he said. Was he talking with comedians and throwing ish out there as part of the convo, was it something more sinister, how long ago was this? I hate that these younger kids pull stuff from years or years ago, take it out of context and then believe it without checking facts. We live in a terrible time. Every1 is so soft and can’t think outside of their own views. Drives me nuts.

James did NOT spit on Doute. He spit on her front door. And she hit James several times and he did not hit her back but all that si discussed is James spitting on her which is not even true. Granted they had a very toxic relationship but it went both ways and seeing how toxic Rachel turned out to be I’m sure there was a lot more to that story as well but even after seeing what she is capable of, people still tend to act as if she was all innocent and all the fault lies with James.

There is not one thing that James has said in 9 seasons that I think is funny, because of the mean spirited things he's said to so many of the women on the show, especially the ones he was in a relationship with. And what about the summer body bullshit? Jax has been a consistent character throughout. He's gained my respect as a husband and father, something I never thought I would say! Not that what I think matters, I'm just over people thinking James is so great this season that I had to comment
