Relapse is a fantastic album. The only reason people don't like it is the accent. But there's some classics on there. I'd take it over Encore and Recovery any day.
agreed, the reason some people dislike it is because of songs like "big weenie" and "rain man" (which i found funny) but encore is definitely overhated and deserves more respect than it gets. LTS was a classic
I remember this interview. I saw it and was like "SHIT! We're getting Relapse, Relapse 2, and a D-12 album, all in 2009??? AWESOME!" 3 years later, we got two dope albums and a Bad Meets Evil album...but no D-12 album. And we see Denaun and Bizarre leave. I don't even give a fuck about a new Em solo album, I want to have D-12 put out an album. I fucking grew up on Devil's Night.
it doesnt matter that em took a break,cuz lil wayne,cudi and other fake rappers cant never reach his level of creativity and artistry..even if em would take a break of 15 years!
I agree. I think it was a great album and very close to his older material. I think Relapse was more reminiscent of his older albums than Recovery was. I think the accent he used gave the album a bad name, but lyrics, content and the them of the album to me was great. Relapse has such a dark feel to it, and I think it's a great album from Eminem.

it's not wack, your completely right. But there are people who have huge expectations for Em's music and lets be honest, its not better than mmlp or tes. Those Expectations lead to dissapointments but overall the album was dope.
But Em said "You dont wanna miss this" and yea ive seen the freestyle ages ago. But it's only the freestyle so there must be a part 2 of this interview.
relapse was messed up but u gotta think, eminem was getting sober and still dealing with drugs and proof passing away n' all so u gotta just think that eminem didn't give a fuck about the lyrics, and thats why we all love him :)
Since the warning Nick Cannon has been talking a lot of s*** I would not be surprised if Eminem does not throw Nick Cannon under the bus when his neck next album hit you don't go around saying you can meet Eminem up and him running you get away with it I have never seen Eminem that people talk that way and get away with it so watch out Nick Cannon because it's coming
