Does definitely hit home for me because 2 years ago I lost a friend of mine to gun violence and what was crazy it was his 24th birthday we went out to eat to celebrate and then after that we went to the mall and then we hung out and then only to drop me off back at the crib and then later on that night his sister called me told me the devastated news he never had no kind of beef with anyone to find out he got killed by sum douchebag assholes they got locked up just say at least I really wanted revenge but I knew that wasn't going to do anything to bring him back but yeah overall I get very emotional when I hear this song awesome realness probably one of my favorites off Eminem's encore album.
I think men had to be stoic in the past just to survive in this world in the past so we still have that impulse. But as society progresses there is less and less reason to be so closed off and that's good because who really wants to act like a robot all the time?
