Its actually heartbreaking to see moira call matty ‘hannah’ I understand why of course, she isnt going to adapt right away but the look on his face is just gut wrenching
Now as Matty trying to explain that he felt was born in the wrong body so he transition from female to male while spring this on Moira all of a sudden meet her Matter formerly her daughter Hannah after keeping it a secret for nearly two year's and Matty expecting for Moira except this while trying to process it at the same time
John Nathan He was trying to sneak in and get away. Cain was the one to stop that from happening by knocking him out. He was left with no choice but to tell Moira.
Moira feel's betrayed because Hannah now as Matty keeping that Matty felt he was born in the wrong body and transitioning from female to male keeping this a secret for nearly two year's he expecting for Moira to accepting while processing this at the same time what did he expect just suddenly dropping all this on her lap
@@johnnathan8688 No, she felt betrayed because Matty/Hannah was never there when Moira and the family needed her. She would have found it hard to accept it either way, but if he/she was there when needed then Moira could have handled it much better. Matty claimed he thought she couldn't, but it was more the fact that he couldn't handle Moira being weirded out by it, and Holly's death never really factored into it for him. Typical of John Barton's kids, incredibly self centred, Holly with her drug addiction and making everything about her, and Hannah with her gender identity issues, both of them only thinking about themselves. Adam too at times but he is actually James' son
I know people think this storyline was stupid at first, but come to think of it, Hannah was never the girliest of girls anyway. It actually does make sense. As for the selfishness, all of the Barton children, with the exception of Finn maybe, are all selfish. Adam wasn't always selfish but showed himself to be later on. Also, they picked a male actor who actually looks a little bit like the actress who played Hannah. I think they actually handled the storyline a lot better than audiences gave them credit for, as like I said, all the Barton children, particularly John's, were incredibly self centred anyway
Moria’s had it tough, husbands death. Hollies drug addiction/ death. Having an unexpected baby and killing Emma, Adam on the run. matty lying to her about his transition, now cains murdered joe. Can they give her anymore storylines.
