Exactly! I just started watching this morning and I pick up the same energy from him. He hates his mom so much. He made it seems as if his dad was 💯 percent perfect. Guess because the dad was the one with the money 💵 💴 💰.

Watching 3 of the 4 kids testify, they all feel the same way towards mom because of all her abuse and damage she caused the family and Daddy ! I think the 2 boys are extra nervous because mom’s lawyer is pointing at them to create reasonable doubt!

After she took the $50 000 from their line of credit, the husband removed her from having access to 'their' money and she killed him. I understand why she asked her kids for their support and I certainly don't agree with financially controlling your dependant spouse but its not how I would have handled things.

I don’t either! How did the remember every single detail of where he went? Also knew what he ate, fast food he drove to, word for work what people said? At least neighbor was real and when asked about texts he said I don’t remember because it was a long time ago! The son is a liar for sure.

How many years has it been? If you have lived through this and it's been 5 years going over it all several times, at some point you would start to get numb. Same for the woman on trial. Looks like they lived in such a drama for so many years it had to be exhausting.

I've been in an abusive marriage 43 years with a powerful man that everybody loves and I'm always the bad guy. But would never unalive him. I think she's innocent. She prbly did everything for her children growing up and he was the disciplinary one!! They will take his side. I think they should investigate the neighbor. He's shady.

Actually that not true if the Person had a Will. And if the Spouse dies without a will then it would go to Probate and depending on various factors the Estate could be split between the surviving spouse and heirs.

He could've been murdered near the pit and then lifted or pushed into the firepit with farm equipment. Perhaps blood dropplets in the home could indicate that he got beat up by an accomplice,or, some sort of painful injury was inflicted on him prior to the gunshot in order to force him to walk out to the pit himself. He was a big guy, i get the feeling he was bound, they placed some kind of restrains on him. My guess is, the perpetrators are his wife and son, wife and neighbor or wife and lover.

Hope they eventually are able to connect mom to the murder better than what I’ve seen so far ! How did her little tiny mean self move his body alone ? I know the bullet in the basement has his DNA on it so she has to know what happened in her house because she was there but then she turned around and brought her grandchildren right afterwards. Did they not see the fire or smoke in the backyard? ? Did she do this alone ? How ?
