Even when you have to calculate lost years alone, these cases are tough enogh. Now what? can you calculate how crushed his crushed balls are and what he lost with all that crushing? discipline is enforced for a reason. without it, any sentencing would be a bad joke horror show by the way, do you really wanna fund crime? Think about it. IF they give the family those 5 minutes, every rich family will find a tough guy they can hire for their 5 minutes. If you lose somebody, and if you somehow cannot hire such a tough guy for the five minutes you get, then your lost loved one gets less justice = his / her murderer does not get beaten half dead.
