Okay, i can understand feeling other's emotional pain, but I feel physical, real pain. I see, or hear of someone getting hurt, I feel cramping, physical pain in my calfs.
Today while driving, for the first time in my life, I started crying out of nowhere, I got a sharp image or visualization of someone cheating on someone else, it was very fuzzy tho, and quick. it was something to do with marriage or a relationship for sure. It was an incredibly strong sadness. I truly believe I picked up on someone’s feelings. I found my self dividing into two. a part of myself was sobbing in traffic, while the other me was watching from the inside asking myself: “why am I crying?”. Oh and I got very nauseous a couple of minutes before all this. I also had finished smoking pot like ten minutes before, and I’ve had similar experiences after smoking pot. Just never crying or sobbing like this.
Marijuana is a temporary amplifier but over the long run it dulls your emotional body. I have relied on it because feeling so much all the time is painful but when you embrace your gifts you'll realize it's only been holding you back and preventing you from seeing clearly. That's my experience at least.
This is great! Thank you 🙏. I’ve come to a place where my empathy for others and is recognizing what I can do if anything, and letting go of feeling the bad feelings for them. I’ve healed much of my childhood stuff and know that really in order to help, one has to be stable. I’ve let go of the false responsibility to fix others. Not so attached. I have a different perspective now and I’m grateful 🙏❤️
I never thought my empathy for others means something within me needs to be healed..that makes complete sense..now i know why i can relate to others pain and understand them so well. Thankyou so much 😊🙏
I feel like if i don't belong in this body, and i wish i could heal everyone and take their pain and lock in within me. I hate hate, i know demons are real and we can feel them in our presence, we are even more sensitive to the spiritual world. I seen and felt their pain and hate.

Being an empath means your living in the past or from the past ....where all your pain and shuckles live ...so heal your pain specially inner child trauma
For me I can think what other people smell like through a screen when I see them and when I see images of people self harming or being harmed I can't feel relaxed until I know that person is safe and feeling good.
my mother fell and hurt shoulder and arm. A few days ago I got this pain come out of nowhere and I feel intense pain non stop. this morning I told her about my sore shoulder and she explained after her fall she has the exact same pain as me. I hate being around other people because it is such a massive drain on me. I cant stand hearing negative people talking it is like I can feel their burden they carry and sometime I end up carrying their burden with me. I have always tried to explain to people who seek my counsel to stop building in darkness or in other words stop tearing down the building built in the light. even if they suffer they should not focus on the pain but focus on building in the light as we can give others emotional baggage. AND In life we don't ask others to take out our trash do we? so then stop expressing suffering , its not about suffering, its about how we overcome that darkness and fruit that is formed in the soul afterwards. The is as small as drop of water but as vast as the universe, from the day we are born our soul starts consuming experiences until the day we die. if we feed the soul with darkness( issues of life) we will end up in darkness. But opposite is also true if we want to get to heaven, our souls need to reflect the virtues of Christ, end of story as only light will enter back into light. Only Christ will enter back into the Gods soul. Light into light. Now you may think I'm going off course here but I am bring people to the root of the problem in this world. Everything is this dimension is ultimately linked to what I am about to say. the mystery hidden from all self ordained false prophets who unfortunately claim themselves as the voice of God, who have led billions of souls astray . making the good look evil and the evil look good. It is as clear as day what's really happening in this world. the biggest trick the devil ever pulled is making people think he don't exist. the second biggest trick was to corrupt the knowledge of God through having evil ministers in high places, corrupting the church.. hiding the truth or tainting the truth with fables. Ultimately giving all who claim Jesus Christ is a bad name.. what's the true light in this dark dimension? darkness = false knowledge = false light=shadow of turning where satan enters the mind through the imagination to keep us looped to an endless cycle of vanity upon vanity which results in death. true light= the sanctified knowledge of Christ where by we reflect upon daily, shutting the window of the imagination and empowering us to overcome ourselves, the knowledge of this dark world and the devil who rules this dimension. seek truth as if you seek air to breath and God will breath new life into the soul and your name will be written in the lambs book of life. This is the truth
I will never forget the time I was browsing in a shop I would buy Crystal's etc from. I was calm and relaxed, when a couple came in,when I suddenly started to feel like I couldn't breathe properly, felt afraid and left immediately. I felt like I should go back, when I did the lady who owned the shop asked if I was OK,and had noticed me leaving. We chatted a while, and then she said that the couple had a daughter, there was a terrible house fire and their daughter sadly died. To this day, several year's later, I still think of them 🙏🏼🙏🏼😢😢

With everyone I chat with I can feel their emotions and if something is bothering them. It's so bad because it goes to my throat like a huge knot . Alot of times when I feel the pain I wanna stay chatting to help. But it affects me so much. I also can't seem to find any positive people to talk too. Alot of times I question myself if my throat Chakra is closed and if it's me or other people causing it. Idk. Only me?
I have many examples of physical empathy pains I have experienced, but this most recent experience I’ve had is blowing my mind. After a dinner out with a group of ‘friends’, I spent the rest of the evening vomiting my dinner. It was a dish I’ve ordered before without trouble and that evening we all ordered and ate the same dish. I was the only one who got ill afterwards. I swear it had to do with my company, not the food. Two of the people at the table I feel have become very toxic in recent years with a lot of toxic emotions I pick up on. I felt uncomfortable in their company that evening while consuming the food. Unfortunately, I haven’t cut these people out of my life yet because they haven’t given me a reason other than the bad vibes I feel. It’s confusing. My husband tells me it’s all in my head. I deal with it by keeping my distance from those people as much as possible.
whenever someone does their like waterlines, eyeliner, eyeshadow or whenever i visualise it, hurts me even tho i’m not the one doing it or i have never had those things on me :/ and when someone is holding something sharp i just feel the pain
If i see someone hurt themselves my leg tingles...watching an action film for instance can be unbearable. There are times it feels from my shin downwards through my right foot is full of bubbling electric!!
I found this very interesting. I pick up a lot of pain from people and sometimes forget whats my pain and whats someone elses, Lately I had throat and chest compnlaints and I live with my brother who has had Asthma and chest infection for some monthes now. He is having tests and x ray as well. The greatest fear I have is Lung cancer , I dread the thought of what it could be, When I was 5 my mother passed away from Pnemonia , so I guess from wht you saying makes sense. Really when I come to think of it I fear a simple chest infection because I think I will loose someone I Love. Is that what you mean b resonating with me ? And could that be why I physically feel it. I cough like crazy but on tests all comes back normal. Could I be picking up on my brothers chest complaint and fearing loss at the same time. I also pick up on Negativity. This can be so hard as I might suddenly say out of charactar things or even terrible negative thoughts. On the other hand I want to heal people. But I don't now how ? I feel peoples body pain. I first get a migraine then I feel the exact pain the person feels. It only goes away when I go to the person and heal them or if I touch myself and pray.
I have had this since I was a child I can watch somebody falling even on television and I can feel pain in my legs and hands mostly or if it's someone real in person I feel the pain from wherever they felt there it's strange and people think I'm crazy hypochondriac I've been to psychologists and doctors and they just call me overly sensitive but I also I am a bit selfish almost obsessed with myself at times I don't know if I'm also a narcissist or borderline narcissist. But the physical pain thing from watching others like I watch my son play this game called Skate 3 and when I see the skaters fall I have jolting pains through my legs and my hands it's just really strange but I've had this since I was a little boy 57 years old and I've been pretty much a pain in the ass to every employer I've ever had and almost unemployable
I don't feel people pain its like earth pain like it makes me cry like the earth is sad I feel this out of no where its so Over welming it make me feel like I can't control this
