Enemy heroes should respawn. Also was the boots thing a in-joke, that was Peter Cushing’s complaint durning the filming of ANH, that his boots pinched his toes. So instead he wore slippers and never had them shoot him from the waist down

Once again the intros elevate this type of content far beyond it's peers, providing focus and context to what would otherwise seem a rather distant view of the conflict, keep up the amazing work Dave!

One comment: Pretty sure, you can't get Yoda killed. I mean, technically you could, but in practice he's just so... Ok, story time. So my massive CIS Army is invading Coruscant. We decimate the garrison no problem. Than Yoda appears ans slaughters nearly the whole army by himself. I barely got Doku of the planet (he stood no chance against Yoda, barley getting any damage in while getting ravaged himself). Next try I thought I got smarter. Draw the whole thing out till the orbital bombardment was ready. Finally I pressed the button and hit the small gremlin. The Result? The orbital strike, the attack that can level several buildings at once... took of about half his health. And then he started to regenerate said health. Finally got him by throwing waves of gunships against him, since he isn't that effective against air-units.

I much more enjoy the idea of Plo knowing he is loosing a duel against Dooku calls the orbital strike in on himself and his clone force, thus saving the day through heroic sacrifice and robbing the Seps of one of their leaders.

This narration based upon the actual gameplay of the campaign is absolutely brilliant!

Reminds me a bit of playing Star Wars Rebellion back in the day. My strategy as the Empire was scorched earth; withdraw from everything but the most essential planets, using orbital bombardment and commando raids to destroy EVERYTHING on the world's I abandoned. The Rebels ending up controlling most of the galaxy..but with ZERO resources and nothing to defend with. Brutal, but utterly effective.

Gotta love Dooku being killed by a Star Wars equivalent of a Tomahawk Missile strike.

I am LOVING these intros telling the story from one of the captains. This is becoming one of my most waited for campaigns at the moment.

In regards to enemy heroes, they should have atleast given the five or six lives so that none of them get illiminated at the start of a campaign.

While losing a bunch of planets while you get your armies organized is fine, I still am sitting here going "oh no, what if he loses? Is he gonna restart? Will he just move to the next game?" Excited for more! Hopefully those glitches don't become too bothersome.

I'm really loving this series so far! The intro bits especially are a nice addition, reminds me of your 40k battle reps. Its that sort of thing which really elevates the quality of your let's plays.

The introduction was super inaccurate. Everyone knows the Republic didn't recruit British officers until they became the Empire. Obviously I'm joking, the introduction was amazing and got me really immersed. Excellent work!

Gotta admit, being able to take on a Jedi and a battalion of Clone Troopers is pretty badass.

I noticed it last time, and again in this video. The mod seems to make ships explode really fast and not leave any wreckage behind. I think I prefer the vanilla game's way of having ships stick around and sorta drift and break apart into debris, makes for a more cinematic battlefield and a reminder of what ships you've killed or lost.

Keep in mind. That the American civil war started grim for the union but they came back! Don’t give up Dave!!!

If you're going to roleplay as an Imperial sympathizer come the Galactic Civil War, doesn't it sort of make sense that you would be a little reckless with your Jedi? You could be in the know, doing your part for Palpatine by thinning the herd, making Order 66 a bit easier to execute.
