The Kickstarter video from our previous Kickstarter for Empires of the Undergrowth. A fresh take on the RTS and Dungeon management genres; the game has a nature theme told in a documentary style. Influences include SimAnt, Dungeon Keeper and some Starcraft II mod maps. Gameplay involves colony construction and managment underground and tug-of-war combat on the surface. This creates a unique and intense game experience.

When I first saw the game I loved it, even with 3 devs. As the studio continued to expand much like the ants, they got much more work done, maybe they’ll be able to make it mobile playable too

in fact, this game is so addictive and deserves to be more popular, I played the demo and just got addicted to it in just a day, then I will get the full version. Wanna say what an underrated and amazing game

You know, there's something I like about the cartoonish art style of the kickstarter version in some ways makes me like it more than the one we have now. Also, I like at 2:03, a Driver ant soldier is looking around even though I'm pretty sure those ants are blind.

Wow talk about nostalgia like 4- no 5 years ago I would watch this type of stuff and be sooo fascinated. And look at the game now, a lot of extra levels for fun while making a story for u to be guided with challenges. amazing Slug Disco, amazing

Many creatures were cut or changed from original conception - we reduced the quantity of creatures whilst increasing the quality.

It was never released to the public, nor was it ready to be. Trust us, more does not equal better - we learned that the hard way.

We decided to focus on a smaller number of species to do them justice rather than a larger number of less fleshed-out species.
