Employer is asking for money upon resignation ??? 

Paid 6k+ other expenses of around 2k, after 6 months at a taxi company and in return company filed a case against asking for another 6k. Didn't bothered to pay the basic. Been living on own for over 60 days in company accommodation. Thanks for all the support

Dear Sir, I am working in Dubai based construction company last 7 years, last month my company has been terminated to me and instructed me to serve 2 months notice, but in my contract notice period is only 1 month, I requested to HR relive me after serving the one month. My employer is asking for 3 months salary if I don't serve 90 days notice.

I already give my physical passport to them because they want to process my insurance and Emirates id.
