I always talk about options that are available to me with my neurologist, OT or PT. Asking as many questions as I can helps me better understand what does and could work for me.
When I was first diagnosed my neurologist was really good but I was under private healthcare and found out quite quick once my lumbar puncture results were there. I always speak to my nurse about decision making as I trust her a lot to be honest.
My Dr gave me options for my DMT, but I’m more comfortable letting her control my treatment because I want the best percentage I can for prolonging any more disabilities.
