Yep! You'd be surprised what 1/24 can be raced on Scalextric... if the drivers can reign in their tail ends. ;-)

I'm pretty sure they were stock tires, so whatever their normal rubber tires are. It's likely they've been oiled and/or treated in some way, if not also trued, but also just as likely to be right out of the box.
