I really like it that you are showing that Emsphere.. Will be spending a good week at Carlton just opposite Emsphere in a few days and deffo going to wander around that Emsphere, and seeing it before hand in your video is just great

On opening day I missed the fireworks, but did hear them as I was staying in Sol 33. Nice to see a vegan option, I must have missed that back on December 1.

Is it? It said it was famous from the Ginza area. But, I believe you. It was delicious. I need to study food and then explore restaurants in Bangkok. So many choices. This was just fast food, but I have a dozen Japanese places on my street.

Nice video. Let us know how you like those Ikea speakers. I think they also double as light fixture if I'm not mistaken? Lot of swanky spots in the new Emsphere, rent must be up there for those eateries/restaurants.

The speaker sounds great. It is also a lamp. I think it was a little over $200, but I might get a second. Of course you can pair them up. For now, one sounds great. I agree, rent is pretty high in BKK. That's why a beer cost 60b or more than Pattaya.

Yea that totally has a Vegas feel it. High end shops, car dealerships, concert hall, and a night club with a Vegas style pool. All it needs now is legalized gambling to be approved in Thailand. Thai officials are considering it but highly unlikely. Too bad because that’s one thing I’ll miss is my weekly social poker games with friends. As always thanks for the scouting vids!

Bangkok can be pretty fancy at times. Myself, I'm more a dive-bar guy. But, it's nice to see the new spots too. Hopefully we get a casino one day. I'm not a huge gambler, but a casino is always fun.

I'm not sure. I think so. I bought a steak at the one in Emporium the other day. He asked if I wanted it cooked. I think it was 150 baht? It used to include soup and rice. I took this one home and cooked it
