it would be super fucking hilarious if another perpetual sends the emperor an actual cake with this on it during the siege of terra its just an immortal dude who is 25+k years old no psyker, no super human just some immortal dude who knows him personally CUZ, perhaps an old warlord of terra before the unification wars who now is just a citizen it would be fking hilarious and imagine the emperor taking 1 bite and its actually a good cake too that would be one of the most single funny moments ever when the emperor just contemplates on how much he fucked up, and its just a very subtle fuck you man from one of his old buddies
