Ana's innate sense for efficient game-play is so next level. He knew CM was slowed so he decided to LH the creep while 95% of DotA players would just commit to the kill.
The reason he went for the creep is because he was blood raged by Blood Seeker, so it gave him more hp before going for the kill. If it wasn't for that, I don't think he would've went back for the creep.
@@Cobeanie I'm not saying he did need it, but it serves two purposes since he gets more gold and is more safer in going for the kill so it is a smart play regardless.
its clear that OG doesn't want to play against Naga. Every Io game, has had a Naga ban. Also Naga is perfect at fucking teamfights with her song ruining the momentum of players like Ceb or Jerax that rely on initiating. I feel Naga is key if OG is to be beaten. OG drafts a lot of melee support, and Naga destroys melee heroes. Timber was an interesting answer and it has been shown it can work. But you need the others on the team to build accordingly as well. If that Morph had gone right click it couldve been different. I think another hero that might surprise OG is Underlord. Clearly OG doesn't like their heroes to get netted and Underlord has an Aoe net with a lot of magic damage and can tank the frontline. The way OG draft is different to the other teams, the other teams ban heroes that the enemy may pick or heroes that can mess the enemy strat. OG bans heroes that mess their strat, they do not care about getting technically countered, because they know what exactly fucks their strat. And heroes that have powerful roots (naga) and fuck up teamfights (naga) is definitely something they don't want to play against. Against OG, going first pick Naga might not be that bad. But it requires the team to build around that Naga. But it ruins OG's plan, as they will have to change their drafting method. Their current method is building what's best for the team. If Naga is picked, OG will need to draft to counter the Naga. And OG knows their weaknesses very well. They know they are not the type of team built on countering the enemy, OG shines when Topson and Ana are free to play the way they want. If they draft to counter the enemy, it will fuck Jerax, Ceb and NoTail. And if you ruin these 3 game, it make it much harder for Ana or Topson to carry.
Interesting, u right my friend, in some games i saw nagas ban and i didnt understand why, but maybe that naga song its disgusting, u have bad position in tf, just activate that and tp, you dont have any item to counter that ulti.
Played dota for 10 years havent been following last 2 years, so this is pretty amazing good to see old faces still playin, suprised that fuckinmad moved from coach to a ti winner !
I still hope the ti winning line up comeback together for ti10.. another ti on og's belt would've been a nice send-off for some of the players.. i miss all of the old crazy OG moments
The more I go back and watch these ana Io games the more I realise how incredibly broken that hero was. Spirit Hero Damage at 15 with aghs was so ridiculously stupid and of course it's OG who abuse it first, the biggest brain men in the scene. Also between about 1:58:20 and 1:58:50 Wisp does about 3000 of the teams damage in that period of time, himself. Like. WHAT. The casters missed that bcos Troll is a scary boi.
i think the way OG play is that they do not give a fuck about the Pro Circuit. It's all about TI. This is how they used to do things as well when they dominated the Majors. They really didn't care about other competitions, but the 4 Majors they would play at their best. But unfortunately that affected their TI performance as people would have them targetted. Now this is not the case anymore. They do not care about the Circuit, and focus entirely on TI. Besides if they win TI, they get probably far more money than if they won all the Majors in the Circuit.

Yeah being good at pubs means nothing if you can't show it in tournament. Ar1se have been in and out of many teams and he never really achieve anything. Guess that's the problem by being good at only 1 hero, you get easily countered.
i would appreciate it if there was some rule to play standard skins on hereoes and disable those fucking voicelines in tournaments of this calibre. it just sounds like a fucking freakshow
