OP Ground Zero 2.0 Yes because i hate racially biased bullshit. Americans cheered for EG and DC in a much more obnoxious way, like it was something that was that belonged to their country. (Constantly shouting „USA“). The chinese didn’t do that. They just rooted for their favorite team, which happened to be PSG.LGD for the majority of the audience. And now we get commenters who complain about something that used to be much worse when the tournament was held in their country. Fckin hypocrites! On top of that it‘s not even true, if you read the blog of Ceb, who actually played there. As a matter off fact, people came to congratulate them for the victory backstage. Something that wouldn’t happen in Europe or USA. So yeah, these clearly biased and racist comments trigger me quite a bit.
Yeah i think so too, the way jerax give information to the others, and get angry when the others scared to man-up at TI8 May be he is not in charge in drafting, but he knows everything while in-Game He have a skill and talent as captain, but friendship more important
He's the third brain tbh. Notail and ceb strain themselves in strategy and etc while jerax can relax. When pressure comes, he's there to prevent them from making foolish mistakes due to stress. When you think too much, it's nice to have another brain to rely on
Lol. Notail pulling an entire creep wave, denying an illusion rune and getting the enemy wave to Ana in mid with a single Chen creep was hilarious and genius.
@@mohdkhushairy7004 the rune is more beneficial to PSG because of the bottle from Tiny and also there is no way they can still get it because all their heroes are on the other side of the map while PSG's are near it because they just gank the bottom lane
He might not the deadliest mid player profesional but he certainly is one of the smartest and team focused mid player that gets the team to move forward
Guess Blitz did not account on all the minus armor that OG have by then. Ame has 25 armor on base. OG can reduce any physical armor *by 37* ; and that's just from what I can see/recall. lmao.
This series is much more exciting and unpredictable compared to the actual championship series against liquid. LGD definitely gave OG the best fight of their run for TI9
One of the things that I learn after watching so many OG games and comparing it to their enemies is just, how synergized their picks is, and really how selfless their itemization and skill leveling in game
From what I've seen, OG will sacrifice a hero if it means that they come out in an advantage. Doesn't matter if they will only be able to realease their ult in a fight, as long as it kills many of the enemies it is a plus in OG's book.
I don't think their picks has great synergy at all. If you remember the TI8 Finals, there was no combo just pure individual plays that connects very well. They just play the heroes they feel like playing on TI8 finals.
HEAR ME VALVE, I SUMMONO YOU. some of these shots are fantastic, that camera work. At 7:33, those little sqecks of fairy dust floating infront of that gorgeously lit crowd. Amazing. Or the gyros shot immediately following that, having him large and menacing bearing down on the enemy team. Lovely stuff. Get that man a raise. Get em all a raise.
watching this for like the 2nd times, you will noticed how OG layered that draft so good at game 3. That Tide pick for Topson will looked weird from the start but if you think about it, he will be a support for ana with his vlad & medalion build at early game but if for some reason LGD manage to slow down ana farm then Topson's Tide can be the turn point on later phase with his deso and damage talent build. Also since they have Ceb on Legion they actually have the perfect combo with ravage to hold down one hero and blast it with full anchor smash damage.
Announcer: “LGD” >crowd roars Announcer: “vs. OG” >global silence Also CN doto crowd after LGD loss: >crickets So satisfying. LGD deserve another shot at TI but screw the chinese. Crowd is so unsportsmanlike
@@AftermathRV that's because he is being professional and was considerate about his standing. Remember he did something that was unprofessional and that was in game 2 of LGD vs OG. He made that "where's the audience?" bit after the game. "respect teams" just check the blog of TNC and any other people. China hosting venues is so bad. You can check out other majors and such about their experiences in China. I am not just talking about teams here. I do mean the entire organization was treated poorly. Anyone that is not Chinese are mistreated. Teams did not even get chairs or even tables. They did not set up the rooms to accommodate for them. Everything was extremely bad.
I mean, yeah ... I've always been tought to respect and appreciate even the enemy/opponent and as most of you know, Chinese people do respect foreign teams, but honestly last year my neighbour called the cops because of the "loud yelling" which was the TI crowd, but this year even though she hates me even more and honestly bitches about every single thing I do (I envy old people because how buch of free time they have so they can bitch and poke about others) but this year, same room, same loudspakers, not a single word. Aye they cheered really well, but only for Chinese teams, whenever there was a play or absolute outsmart/outplay from other teams... as you said. >Crickets. By no means I mean this in a bad way towards Chinese people, they DO seem and feel like they have a somewhat of a "hatred" towards other countries, but it is honestly just a way of being shy and put in a situation which most of Asian countries don't know how to deal with. My friend was in Hong Kong 2 years back and he said, that the family he was staying at was at first really not talking with him or showing him anything, they just made him food and left the room. But at the end as he got to know them better, they were watching movies and laughing together like they knew each other since childhood. I guess most of the things here won't make much sence since I write this whilst changing my trains to get home, but hey... it's just a different culture, different people, different manners. Whenever I have to deal with people from Asia (for example where we had 10 Japanese people in our hotel) I sure feel somewhat uneasy when talking with them at first. Especially Japenese people when it comes to hotels they are rather ... picky if you could say over everything, but at the end of their trip they asked me if I'll take a photo with them since I helped them tromendously with almost everything. So yeah... not knowing how asian people are somewhat makes you feel they are really closed and only cheer for themselfs, but in reality they are the most polite and kind people I've ever met. Damn what a way to pass the time while traveling, shiiet
This should have been the finals. OG-LGD is an amazing matchup. Arguably the two best 4-position players ever in Jerax and fy. And one of, if not the most skilled mid player ever in Maybe. The most decorated player ever in notail.
3:22:35 after rewatching this match i just realize sommnus legitimately letting ame frontline a full 6 slot +moonshard alchemist with 2 agh+damage, 250damage 30(-armor)tide hunter, and a 100something duel damage LC. no wonder they lost.. this tiny busy setting up trees and not looking for a tossback opportunity
Love how Somnus/Maybe was so salty against OG. I remember back in Ti 7, when OG lost to LGD and Somnus was offering N0tail hug instead of handshakes like he had so much respect for the guy only because he was winning. Lost to OG twice in TI8, and now in TI 9 with the most emotionless and smirk handshake ever in both TIs.
Yes, fy is great, no doubt. But a theme I noticed is, jerax moves are meant to win if not dominate. fy moves are meant to not lose. I've watched these games again and again and again from TI8 until this one and that's the main difference I've noticed.
3:23:36 if you watch the true sight ti8 after 3rd game, psg.lgd crew said "if you win the next game, take off your jacket, take off the one outside" and n0tail did it after wining the 3rd game, nice revenge for cocky people :)
Thats not really cocky, more of how you force urself to stay positive with all the pressure around you, every pro player do that back stage( shitting on their enemy, or act like they gonna win) even OG, the team u worship
@@62eru I always saw it as playing heavy defense as in not going past tier 3's and making the enemy come to you and make a mistake hence the name you just hide in your "Shell"(base) and well...turtle..
@@levisamom5069 well if we're talking about this roster of OG: Ceb, JerAx, n0Tail, topson, Ana Lgd: Somnus, FY, xnova, chalice, ame OG has a 3-0 record against this roster with that roster...
@@The_real_Arovor In TI8, everyone still cheered up for both of OG and LGD, yet they didn't cheered up for VGJ.S or EG because they were fucked up in the main event. Here's the reason why chinese crowd considered as "the worst" by them : 1. Chinese fans tend to be disrespectful to other teams playing against CN teams, for example : TNC booed during the event because of kuku and in TI8, and Chinese fans chanted "Go Home OG" yet they went home with aegis. 2. Chinese seem to regarding any Chinese teams is representing China as "national team" meaning its China vs the World. 3. Everyone respected for Wings for their dominant performance in TI6, of course they support DC, as they are both underdogs, but you can see the difference of Seattle and Shanghai crowd. Everyone enjoyed by entertaining matches during TI6 (even TNC vs OG it's a real hype) but Chinese didn't seem to enjoy games from non-Chinese teams, for example, the arena was very deserted during TI9 finals. I know you always stand up for Chinese fans and always comment on everyone that flaming Chinese crowd, but you might understand what's the reason behind their hatred.
Candra Razaka Have you read Cebs blog? He thought it was quite different, and he was on the main stage. During the finals between Wings and DC the crowd was shouting „USA“ a lot of the time, much more obnoxious if you ask me. If you read my comments, you‘d see that it‘s not the criticism of the crowd that get’s me triggered, but the underlying racism and hypocrisy by american fans. They weren’t a better at all, as a matter of fact they were much more annoying with the constant „USA, USA, USA“ chanting in both TI’s where EG and DC were in the finals. It’s that obnoxious, self-indulgent, hypocritical, racist behaviour against china in this comment section that grinds my gears.
@@The_real_Arovor well yelling about USA is fine as long as you don't insult other teams/countries right? When I saw live in TI8 Chinese crowd started to shout "go home OG" in the game which eventually OG won and finally took the aegis. Yes they are some good Chinese fans but, the majority? The crowd booed OG after they lost the first game (probably because of their tilting strats) but then won the series and also TNC where they started to boo them even after they entered the stage and according to Tims, he experienced that there are Chinese fans who followed them to their hotel and shouted swear words for them. I never judged Chinese fans but if you're siding them that they are innocent comparing to American crowd, it's not completely true as you thought. I watched almost every live games and experienced that chinese fans are just that salty because no chinese team went to the finals as a champion, even last TI not every single of their team made it to the finals. Don't forget Chinese community also blamed Ame hard after his misplays in the finals, I gotta say it's everyone's first TI final (besides Fy) and you had a lot of pressure playing those games. Also that's actually how sport works. They will always be a haters and lovers of any certain team.
What can i say man the main stage is at China it's in Shanghai i think but still the worst crowd ever on TI not like the other TI the crowd is cheering for the winner to they respect each other even they fav team is loses LGD eat Tango Chinese crowd: WoooooOoOoOhhHhHh OG winning TI: global silence But i see some of the LGD fans cheering to i think it's only 5 guy lol

OG vs PSG.LGD game 3 is one of my favorite games of all time. I still remember the TI9 interview when Ame sarcastically says "OG is also really strong..." while they held back laughter. Then here we are, second year in a row exact same place where they lost their third consecutive TI series against OG. As for the game itself, it was brilliant! Topson on tide with the armor corruption build was genius. The way the game transitioned from all focus being on Ana as the strongest on the map to out of nowhere Topson appearing and destroying everyone is a bit like OGs own story in TI8 as well.
@@chasse-nigb3r 1. No, it was sarcastic. 2. Those interview videos were made before day 1 of TI9 so there goes that point into the trash. 3. Before TI9 started OG **was** considered one of the weaker teams and not much of a threat. Most teams didn't even scrim with them thinking it would be a waste of time.
Summer Warmth those press the attack and overwhelming odds are good saves, nukes, and CC. They didnt have much of those so LC was crucial. The job of LC here wasnt to gain duel pts. The duel is just a means to isolate. Its really her buffs and long range nukes.
Slark : guysss our base is under attack maybe someone anyone come and help me ??? Tiny: HOLD ON I AM PLANTING MA TREESS ITS MAA PRIORITRESSS *Radiant victory*
Topson's Tide and Ceb's Legion doesn't seems their favourite hero pool, but it fits the game/draft and their team. Such is their flexibility and versatility and their command in/of the game (of this patch)... GG OG
Cebs legion is very good ,his game against fnatic with his build and itemization and what he did to delay the timber pressuring the lane was MVP like for that game ,sure he didn't have the best damage game and great kill score/streak but his knowledge on the game as well as all of OG trusting their timing is perfect
2:23:40 Socks passing notes for draft phase, Socks actually wrote the heroes Picks & Bans notes before this game, I cant remember the timestamps 2:25:51 Ceb readinf the draft
If you think about it 70 FPS out of team fight it’s ok but in team fight the FPS drops always even if you have usually like 250 will drop at least 20 or 30. They use 144hz monitors, so 70 FPS is bad
@@renmanalang4339 I'm a pinoy myself but damn boy, you gotta remember that China have won 3 TI, they're the most dominant country that plays Dota 2. Cheating this, cheating that. All excuses.
Satadhi Halder nahhh,...actually its the whole squad who'r amazing take a single player in OG's current roster and their team coordination will crumble The current roster of OG rn are the definition of perfection
People overanalyze everything. A game at such a high level is decided on tiny details. There's no such thing as a "best team" or "best pos x" in the world.
TheAskald there is actually best team/position, but only depends and based on how people scale it. Drafts is a big role in the entire game having or being good in drafting phase can lead a team to victory draft may seems small detail for such the scale of 1 game in dota but draft can decide the entire match so basically speaking, if a team that can take good drafts and win games, they can be considered and can be called one of the best in position roles, there is called rank system, if you base best position x in terms of rank system, there actually is a rank for it, but if base it on the performance of the biggest tournament(ti), then there is statistics on it if people based it on games played in Rank Mode(public games) Crit never won a single Ti, but base on ranking system, he is considered as top1 which can easily be called as the best JerAx is not considered rank 1 in support role, but base in his statistics & performance in TI(ti8, especially ti9), he can be easily be called MVP in the support roles, his great role performance during grandfinals in ti9 is one of the reason that leads their team to victory, even the captain of their opponent(kuroky) said that Jesse, is one of the best
@@solomonthegreat290 What I meant is that the gap between teams is almost inexistent, they're really close. I love OG but they almost get kicked out by EG and LGD in 2019 for example, it was decided on basically nothing. Winning a TI do requires plenty of things OG has, but it also requires a bit of luck for sure. The final against Liquid was the only stomp (they managed to do 4-0 in a Bo3 somehow lol)
in the mid battle at 1:57:30 jerax stuns charlice at top lane to control the battle because sk is the only one who has stuns and big dmg output, veil and ult.
@@OHOHOHCOME They were not excited? Are u saying Navi wasn't excited when they were playing grand final back to back to back? And apparently u don't even know that they went 3 times consecutively on grand final and you are here saying they weren't passionate enough.
And u dumb piece of shit, u cant even interpret your own comment. U were talking about getting to grand final even after winning a TI. Clearly, you are an OG bandwagon, and prolly weren't here when NaVi put on a legendary run for TIs.
@O K You can't just forget a hero who stomped you in the previous game...? But I agree, any team facing OG can only have so many bans. This OG roster is quite hard to counter.
Looking back again this is prob my fave member of og, Ana such a beast and in interview Notail basicly just told Ana to do what he want and other team focus around Ana, game 2 is best example with combine effort they able make alchemist online in 10 min mark faster than dk and sven then afterward is just snowball into alc slaughter fest
that was a really mind games even for the audiences. OG purposely lost the fight for a sec and then crush LGD so they could make chinese ppl who was cheering LGD up as if was cheering for them.
Gesang Phandito Why, did you here the games in TI6 and TI5? The crowd constantly chanting „USA, USA“ was way more annoying. If your team is here you should cheer for it, just not in an obnoxious american way plz. Also, plz read this: 7ckngmad.wordpress.com
On another note AME is underappreciated no disrespect to LGD, but in all their strong TI's it felt like AME and Maybe against the world. With notable plays from fy too. But they woulda never had such a great run without ame.
