The way Dolores gos "Hm" at the end of some of her sentences makes me feel Dolore doesn't completely trust her and her gift.

I think Dolores' power is the power I least wouldn't want to have. I think it's not a gift but rather, might be something of a burden. If she can hear a pin drop, it would be so stressful and would make one go crazy for hearing almost everything. Like no other time can she have a peaceful mind. Plus, it would be a weird gift to have, since it kind of invades everyone's privacy since she has the power to hear what everyone has to say, even if these are secret information (just like that time when Mirabel and her dad was talking about the vision). Though, if such gift can allow Dolores to also have control like maybe just choose or filter what she wants to hear, like only hear things when someone is in danger and cancel all other sounds she can hear, that might be good. With this thought, I realized if Abuela puts a lot of expectation on everyone (like how Isabela needs to be perfect, well-poised all the time, and Luisa, needs to always help everyone especially with physical work), maybe she also expects Dolores to always see to it to use her hearing power all the time, so if ever Dolores can actually control what she hears, if her Abuela requires her to keep hearing everything going around the community, that would be really sad, and if that were the case, Dolores' would be also having a hard time all her years, might be as worse as what Luisa and Isabela are going through and Bruno too.

I haven’t heard anyone else about this, but personally I think she made up the part of “he wants 5 babies”, just to mess with Isabella and freak her out. Look at her eyes after she shared that and it makes sense since she is in love with her fiancé. On a side note I absolutely love the little squeaks she makes.
