Yes it's an organ, it's basically a home organ- so it's digital (no pipes haha)

You never fail to impress, Kara! I love what you're doing with your left hand. This calls to mind memories of my younger sister and how we'd enjoy jumping in the wind with Rattly the snake, grow frustrated trying to jump to the next ghost rope before it disappears, and having fun getting Squitter through hordes of zingers and vultures on his spider webs. So thanks for that. ... Damn, that made me a little emotional.

I didn't realize how fast that LH had to go! At first I actually thought I had recorded the piece too fast (I was trying to go for original tempos), but then listened to the OST again and realized it is that fast :D yeah, it's making me want to play the game again even though I did only a year or two ago XD

I really love the contrasting timbre in this one. The organ provides such a rich sound against the piano. The choice of slowly brining the woods into the video is apt and we get the longing look at the end. Nicely done as usual Kara :)

I'm glad to see that you renewed yourself. I mean, yes, there is a lot of Final Fantasy/Chrono Trigger songs to play but there's also a lot of weeks in a year and years ahead to hear you play. You have a new niche with the combination of instruments (piano, organ, harpsichord) that allow you to review that has been played. Keep playing.

Yes I've been having so much fun using the two instruments to create something a little different than normal! Doesn't mean I won't plan more solo piano stuff, but I'm learning so much about music production by using the organ too. I'm so glad you loved it!

Framing this as a duette between Diddy and Dixie makes it so much more beautiful. DKC 2 isn't outright a love story, but I like think with tracks like Forest Interlude and Stickerbush Symphony sounding so romantic, that it is a story of a couple enduring intense trials and hardship together for a common goal, and really, what's more romantic than that?
